TRACK AND TROLLEY TRANSPORT AND STORAGE SYSTEM
Described herein is a storage system for installation onto a surface, such as a horizontal or vertical wall, such as an interior garage ceiling, floor, or wall. The system can be used to move, lift, and/or store articles, such as bicycles, skis, storage containers, and the like. The system generally comprises a track defining a longitudinally extending path and a trolley assembly coupled to the track. The trolley assembly generally comprises a trolley body, a pair of opposing sidewalls extending from the trolley body, and a roller assembly positioned between the pair of opposing sidewalls. The trolley assembly may further comprise a carrier attachment to secure an article thereto. A drive member and drive unit can be used for effecting movement so as to shift the trolley assembly from one position to another. The system generally comprises simple and easy-to-install components, thereby providing advantages over prior storage systems.

BAG TRANSFER APPARATUS
A bag transfer apparatus includes a plurality of holding units which include a first holding unit and a second holding unit provided to be adjacent to each other in a horizontal direction and are provided to be able to move, wherein each of the plurality of holding units includes: a left support unit which supports one side portion of a bag; and a right support unit which supports another side portion of the bag, and wherein one of the right support unit of the first holding unit and the left support unit of the second holding unit is positioned above the other.
BAG TRANSFER APPARATUS
A bag transfer apparatus includes a plurality of holding units which include a first holding unit and a second holding unit provided to be adjacent to each other in a horizontal direction and are provided to be able to move, wherein each of the plurality of holding units includes: a left support unit which supports one side portion of a bag; and a right support unit which supports another side portion of the bag, and wherein one of the right support unit of the first holding unit and the left support unit of the second holding unit is positioned above the other.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PICKING AND DELIVERING OF ARTICLES FROM AN ONLINE SUPERMARKET
It is disclosed a system and method for picking and delivering articles (14) in accordance with a plurality of orders from customers (24), wherein the orders comprise pouchable article (14) of an online supermarket, which have been ordered by the customers (24), comprising the steps of: providing a storage and order-picking installation (11), in which the articles (14) of the online supermarket are stored in, preferably different, storage and picking areas (12); filling pouches (16), in accordance with the orders, with the ordered articles (14) within the storage and picking areas (12); coupling the pouches (16) to an overhead conveyor (22); handing over the filled pouches (16) to a delivery vehicle (20) configured to transport the pouches (16) in a hanging manner; transporting the hanging pouches (16) with the delivery vehicle (20) to the customers (24); determining a delivery tour by means of a controlling device (28), wherein the delivery tour defines a sequence in which the customers (24) are delivered by the delivery vehicle (20), in order to hand over to the customers (24) the pouches (16) including the articles (14), which have been ordered by the customers (24); and sorting the filled pouches (16) in accordance with the delivery route by means of the overhead conveyor (22).
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PICKING AND DELIVERING OF ARTICLES FROM AN ONLINE SUPERMARKET
It is disclosed a system and method for picking and delivering articles (14) in accordance with a plurality of orders from customers (24), wherein the orders comprise pouchable article (14) of an online supermarket, which have been ordered by the customers (24), comprising the steps of: providing a storage and order-picking installation (11), in which the articles (14) of the online supermarket are stored in, preferably different, storage and picking areas (12); filling pouches (16), in accordance with the orders, with the ordered articles (14) within the storage and picking areas (12); coupling the pouches (16) to an overhead conveyor (22); handing over the filled pouches (16) to a delivery vehicle (20) configured to transport the pouches (16) in a hanging manner; transporting the hanging pouches (16) with the delivery vehicle (20) to the customers (24); determining a delivery tour by means of a controlling device (28), wherein the delivery tour defines a sequence in which the customers (24) are delivered by the delivery vehicle (20), in order to hand over to the customers (24) the pouches (16) including the articles (14), which have been ordered by the customers (24); and sorting the filled pouches (16) in accordance with the delivery route by means of the overhead conveyor (22).
LOADING STATION FOR A POCKET CONVEYOR
A loading station for a pocket conveyor having two conveying lines. The loading station has a receiving section for receiving pockets for each conveying line; a receiving section for objects, with which the pockets are to be loaded; and a device for each conveying line, into each of which an empty pocket to be filled can be introduced. In addition, the loading station has a moving unit for moving the devices from a receiving section for objects to one of the receiving sections for receiving pockets, and back again. The loading station is also designed to alternately load the pockets of the first conveying line and the pockets of the second conveying line.
OVERHEAD CONVEYOR SYSTEM
An overhead conveyor system with an elongate box girder (9) having a first inner space with rails (12) and a second elongate inner space comprising an endless driven drive element (5, 6) is provided with at least one carrier (14, 14′) adapted to run on said rails (12) wherein said carrier is provided with an elongated body (C) supporting at least one friction driver (15), wherein said at least one friction driver is in the form of a friction arm assembly (19) with an upper end (20), a lower end (21) and an intermediate portion (22) between said upper and lower ends, said upper end comprising a friction shoe (25) adapted to be pressed upwards by the force of gravity towards engagement with the drive element (5) so as to transfer drive to the carrier.
OVERHEAD CONVEYOR SYSTEM
An overhead conveyor system with an elongate box girder (9) having a first inner space with rails (12) and a second elongate inner space comprising an endless driven drive element (5, 6) is provided with at least one carrier (14, 14′) adapted to run on said rails (12) wherein said carrier is provided with an elongated body (C) supporting at least one friction driver (15), wherein said at least one friction driver is in the form of a friction arm assembly (19) with an upper end (20), a lower end (21) and an intermediate portion (22) between said upper and lower ends, said upper end comprising a friction shoe (25) adapted to be pressed upwards by the force of gravity towards engagement with the drive element (5) so as to transfer drive to the carrier.
Device and method for turning, opening and filling transport bags conveyed in a suspended manner
A conveying unit (10) for the suspended transport of transport elements (40) in a conveyor system, in particular a rail-guided (86) conveyor system or a conveyor-chain system, includes a support hook (21) attached to a conveying element (20), in particular a carriage or a conveyor-chain link, a transport element (40), and a suspension hook (41) attached to the transport element, wherein the suspension hook is mounted in a suspended manner in the support hook. The support hook is configured such that the suspension hook can take up two stable positions (61, 62) in the support hook. The suspension hook (41) in a first stable position (61) has been turned through an angle with respect to the suspension hook in a second stable position (62).
