Conveying facility
A conveying facility with a drivable conveying member that forms a sheet-like main surface that faces the conveyed item and defines a conveying stretch. The conveying member includes at least one conveying element that forms at least a part of the main surface. The conveying member also includes rollers that, via roller holders, are rotatably mounted on the at least one conveying element about roller pivots and can selectively assume the state of a freewheel position, an arrested position or a drive position. The conveying facility also has at least one conveying container that lies on the conveying member in a connection-free manner, wherein the rollers project at least partly beyond the main surface of the conveying element so that the at least one conveying container lies on the rollers.

Roller belt conveyor
The present disclosure relates to a roller belt conveyor having an array of pivot rollers defining a conveyance surface that supports an article being conveyed in a first conveying direction, at least one drive plate pivotally coupled to at least a subset of the array of pivot rollers, and an actuator coupled to the at least one drive plate, such that, the actuator may manipulate the at least one drive plate to adjust an angular orientation of the at least one subset of the array of pivot rollers from the first conveying direction to a second conveying direction.
OPERATION OF AN ACTIVE CONTROL ROLLER TOP CONVEYING ASSEMBLY
A modular conveying assembly includes active roller control for reducing backline pressure without product to product contact when accumulating products. Methods are discussed for manipulating objects by a bump-through indexing operation, a slug-control indexing operation, a catch-and-release indexing operation, box or case turning operations, and zero-pressure accumulation operations.

Covering appliance with a conveying member
A conveying appliance with a conveying member that is movable along a conveying stretch and forms a conveying surface for an item that is to be conveyed, wherein the conveying surface of the conveying member includes openings. An active device has at least one active element that is movable along a closed circulating path, wherein in an active section of the conveying stretch, the circulating path forms an actively effective path section that runs parallel to the conveying member. The active device interacts with the conveying member in the active section in a manner such that the at least one active element along the actively effective path section projects through an opening through the conveying member and projects beyond the conveying surface, in a manner such that the at least one active element is capable of mechanically acting upon a conveyed item which lies on the conveying surface.

Modular transfer units, systems, and methods
A modular transfer system with a primary flow system and a diverter system. The primary flow system includes a primary flow belt for conveying an article along a primary flow path from an infeed side of the modular transfer system to a pass-through side of the modular transfer system. The diverter system includes one or more diverter belts for diverting an article from the primary flow path towards a divert side of the modular transfer system. The primary flow belt includes multiple movable components contacting the diverter belt. The movable components can have one or more rotational degrees of freedom.

ANGLED TRANSFER WITH ROLLER CHAIN
The invention relates to a conveyor having a driven roller chain and a driveable drive face oriented transversely thereto, wherein, in one conveying direction, the rollers of the roller chain run transversely to the underlying drive face, which means that the rollers do not roll thereon but are only pulled thereover, and only when the conveyed goods are to be moved transversely to said conveying direction is the drive of the roller chain switched off and the drive of the drive face switched on, this having the effect that the rollers then rotate in the rotational direction of their longitudinal axis and move the conveyed goods transversely to the previous conveying direction, so that surprisingly friction of the rollers during their movement over the stationary drive face is permitted when the conveyed goods are moved in one conveying direction, and then, when said goods are to be rotated, the drive face is moved and the drive of the roller chain is switched off so that the drive face then causes the rollers to rotate and thus the conveyed goods to move.
