Method for positioning artificial posterior teeth
Method for positioning artificial posterior teeth (1, 2, 3, 4, 19, 20, 21, 22) on an entirely edentulous or at least partially edentulous jaw model (5, 6), wherein several artificial posterior teeth (1, 2, 3, 4, 19, 20, 21, 22) are combined to form at least one tooth block (7), wherein the artificial posterior teeth (1, 2, 3, 4, 19, 20, 21, 22) in this tooth block (7) are arranged in a fixed geometric relationship to one another, and geometric parameters of the tooth block (7) are established on the tooth block (7), and geometric parameters of the jaw model (5, 6) are established on the jaw model (5, 6), and, in order to position the tooth block (7) on the jaw model (5, 6), the geometric parameters of the tooth block (7) are assigned to the geometric parameters of the jaw model (5, 6).
Preventing interference between tooth models
Systems and methods are disclosed to prevent interference between two physical tooth models in a physical dental arch model by acquiring the coordinates of a plurality of points on the surfaces of each of the two physical tooth models and digitally representing the surfaces of each of the two physical tooth models by a mesh of points in three dimensions using the acquired coordinates. The meshes representing the surfaces of the two physical tooth models intersect at least at one point to form an overlapping portion. The method also includes calculating the depth of the overlapping portion between the two meshes to quantify the interference of the two physical tooth models.
Treatment of teeth by aligners
A method for treating a subject's teeth. A target configuration for the subject's teeth is determined. Receiving features are produced on a dental base in response to the target configuration, the receiving features being configured to receive physical tooth models. The physical tooth models are assembled on the dental base to form a physical arch model. A dental aligner is produced using the physical arch model to move the subject's teeth to the target configuration.
METHODS, SYSTEMS AND ACCESSORIES USEFUL FOR PROCEDURES RELATING TO DENTAL IMPLANTS
A method and system are provided for manufacturing a physical dental model. A virtual model is provided representative of at least a portion of the intra-oral cavity including at least one dental implant implanted therein, and the virtual model includes a virtual portion representative of each dental implant. The virtual spatial disposition of each such virtual portion is determined with respect to the virtual model, corresponding to a real spatial disposition of the respective implant with respect to the intra oral cavity. A physical model is then manufactured based on the virtual model, the physical model including a physical analog corresponding to each implant at a respective physical spatial disposition with respect to the physical model corresponding to the respective virtual spatial disposition of the respective virtual portion with respect to the first virtual model as already determined. In some embodiments, a jig is provided configured for maintaining a desired physical spatial disposition between the physical analog and a cavity of the physical dental model at least until the physical analog is affixed in the cavity.

ARTICULATOR LOWER TRAY
An articulator lower tray is provided herein. The articulator lower tray as disclosed herein may include a tray body part, an abutment support protrusion parts, and a cover part. The tray body part may include abutment pin holes formed at an interval, the abutment support protrusion parts may be formed at either side of the abutment pin holes, and the cover part may be disposed to cover tops of the abutment pin holes located between the abutment support protrusion parts. The articulator lower tray may further include an abutment pin which may be inserted into one of the abutment pin holes through the cover part.
Dental restoration molds
A tool for forming a dental restoration includes a mold body configured to provide a customized fit with at least one tooth of a patient. In some examples, the mold body defines an aperture configured to align with a portion of a surface of a tooth. The aperture is sufficiently large to allow placement and flow of restorative material over the desired portion of the surface of the tooth to be restored. The mold body is configured to combine with the at least one tooth of the patient to define a mold cavity encompassing at least a portion of desired tooth structure of the tooth to be restored.
ARTICULATOR
An articulator for dental use includes a first base, a second base coupled to the first base, and an occlusion pin configured to couple the first base and the second base in a closed position. The first base includes a first base body including a first groove configured to receive plaster, a first hinge portion configured to extend outwardly from one end of the first base body, and a plurality of pin holes. The second base includes a second base body including a second groove configured to receive the plaster, a second hinge portion configured to extend outwardly from one end of the second base body, and a plurality of guide pin holes. The second hinge portion is configured to couple to the first hinge portion via the occlusion pin in the closed position.
PREVENTING INTERFERENCE BETWEEN TOOTH MODELS

Tooth positioners, method and apparatus for making the same, and method of positioning teeth using the same
A method and apparatus form a tooth positioner for repositioning at least one tooth of a patient and provide a dental arch cast of a patient, separate at least one tooth from the dental arch cast, fix a pin in a stump part of the at least one separated tooth, and in any non-separated teeth, reconstruct the dental arch cast of the patient by aligning the separated teeth to correspond to the alignment in the patient's mouth and hold the pins in a material that may be softened, soften the material, apply force to the pin fixed in the at least one tooth to be repositioned to move it in a desired direction to obtain a realigned arch, and form a tooth positioner corresponding to the realigned arch. The tooth positioner is used by having the patient wear it for a period of time.
