A substrate conveying system includes a substrate supply unit including a movable rack and an up-down unit which moves the movable rack down, a lift unit which has one or more ejection holes which eject a gas upward and is configured to lift-up the substrate supported on the movable rack by the pressure of the gas ejected through ejection holes when the up-down unit moves the movable rack down, and a conveying unit which includes a conveyor, and hook elements extending upward from the conveyor, and is configured to push in a conveying direction the substrate W being lifted-up by the pressure of the gas ejected through the ejection holes.

TRANSPORT DEVICE FOR TRAYS
A transport device for transporting trays. The transport device including a first conveyor belt and a second conveyor belt that is downstream and follows the first conveyor belt. The first and second conveyor belts may have either a single- or multi-track design. The second conveyor belt may include a parallelization device configured to slowing down and/or accelerate one or more trays being conveyed on the second conveyor. The parallelization device may comprises at least one carrier with at least one acceleration finger and may be selectively moveable to prevent, slow down, allow, or accelerate a movement of a tray.
TRANSPORT DEVICE FOR TRAYS
A transport device for transporting trays. The transport device including a first conveyor belt and a second conveyor belt that is downstream and follows the first conveyor belt. The first and second conveyor belts may have either a single- or multi-track design. The second conveyor belt may include a parallelization device configured to slowing down and/or accelerate one or more trays being conveyed on the second conveyor. The parallelization device may comprises at least one carrier with at least one acceleration finger and may be selectively moveable to prevent, slow down, allow, or accelerate a movement of a tray.
Production Line
A production line includes at least one electronically controlled assembling station in which a chain conveyor device moves a plurality of part transporting pallets to be assembled in continuous movement along the production line. In one example, each assembling station includes an implement dedicated to the assembly station and freely movable in the assembly station along the transport direction of the pallets for use by an operator to execute manual assembling operations on the parts transported by each pallet. In one example, the production line assembling station further includes a plurality of automated drawers containing components for use in the manual assembly operations and a human machine interface accessible by the operator. In one example, the chain conveyor chain includes front and rear hook units to engage the pallet for movement along the production line. The rear hook unit moves from a pallet engaged position to an optical beam interception position when the pallet is confronted with an obstacle preventing movement of the pallet along with the chain. When the rear hook unit is positioned in the optical beam interception position, an electronic control system generates a command signal which stops the conveyor device.
Production Line

Device for distributing products to feed lines, comprising: a plurality of outfeed channels (1) each configured for feeding a succession of products (2) along a first feed direction (D1); the plurality of outfeed channels (1) is positioned at a first level (H1); a plurality of infeed channels (3), configured to receive single or lines of products (2) and feed products (2), along a second feed direction (D3); the plurality of infeed channels (3) is positioned at a higher second level (H3), a plurality of pairs of carriages (4) defining corresponding housing pockets (5); a track (6) configured in the form of a closed, ring-shaped path to define a lower operating section (6a) and an upper operating section (6b) and on which move the plurality of pairs of carriages (4) along a direction (D6) transversal to the first (D1) and second (D3) feed directions; the track (6) is interposed between the plurality of outfeed channels (1) and the plurality of infeed channels (3) in such a way as to position along a lower operating section (6a), and in predetermined sequences, a first number of pairs of carriages (4) which can be faced towards corresponding outfeed channels (3) for picking up at least one corresponding product (2) and, along an upper operating section (6b), a second number of pairs of carriages (4) which can be faced towards the plurality of infeed channels (3) for releasing at least one corresponding product (2).
SURFACE TREATMENT DEVICE
Disclosed is a surface treatment device. The surface treatment device includes: a frame; a disc hanger; two support wheels for supporting the disk hanger; a rotation drive mechanism for driving the disk hanger supported on the two support wheels to rotate; a vertical spray rack for spraying liquid medicine on the circuit board on the disk hanger; and a lift mechanism for driving the vertical spray rack up and down.
Power and Free Conveyor and Method
An assembly for use with a power and free conveyor comprises a track member adapted to be slidingly received by a receiver portion of a power and free conveyor power track. The track member is slidingly moveable from a first position to a second position such that, when in the first position, the proximal end is retained within the receiver portion and the distal end is proximate to a connection portion. When in the second position, the proximal end is retained within the receiver portion and there is a gap between the distal end and the connection portion. A power and free conveyor comprising the assembly is also provided. A method of servicing a power and free conveyor comprising a sliding track member is also provided.
Unloading station and method for unloading a conveyed-goods container loaded with conveyed goods
The invention relates to an unloading station (4) for automated unloading of an article container (2), which comprises an overhead conveying device (1) for transporting the article container (2) into the unloading station and for transporting the article container out of the unloading station, an opening and closing device (40) for adjusting a bag body between the closed position and the opened position and an unloading device (39) for unloading the bag body. The unloading device comprises an actuation device (56), by means of which the article container with the bag body can be tilted about a tilting axis (57) extending essentially in parallel to the longitudinal extension of the overhead conveying device between a provisioning position (58) and an unloading position (59), wherein in the unloading position an article (28) can be discharged from the article container through the unloading opening (29). Moreover, the invention relates to a method for the automated unloading of an article container.
