Tracked radial stacker with wheels
A tracked, portable radial stacker for stockpiling bulk material including a linear conveyor having a rear portion and a front portion and being designed to carry bulk material from a low position adjacent the rear portion to a higher position adjacent the front portion. A foot may be disposed adjacent the rear portion of the conveyor and designed to selectively contact the ground to facilitate pivoting of the conveyor. A continuous track system may include a frame to which the conveyor is mounted, the track system including a pair of driven, parallel tracks designed to contact the ground to convey the stacker from one position to another, and to be lifted off the ground when desired. A pair of mid-wheels may be mounted to the frame to be moveable between a raised position in which they do not contact the ground and a lowered position in which they contact the ground and lift the tracks off the ground. A rear wheel may be mounted adjacent the rear portion of the conveyor to be moveable between a raised position in which it does not contact the ground and a lowered position in which it contacts the ground and lifts the tracks off the ground to permit movement of the conveyor on the rear wheel.

A pair of mid-wheels may be mounted to the frame that are displaceable between a raised position in which they do not contact the ground and a first lowered position in which they engage the ground. A hydraulic wheel displacement system may be included for powering the pair of wheels from the raised position to the first lowered position, the hydraulic wheel displacement system also operable to power the each of the wheels making up the pair of wheels when in the first lowered position to other positions even lower than the first lowered position to lift the tracks off the ground to facilitate operation of the stacker with the tracks raised off of the ground, wherein the hydraulic wheel displacement system operates each of the wheels independently so the wheels can be at different even lower positions to facilitate the stacker being operable on uneven terrain.

Stockyard joint reclaiming system and method
A stockyard joint reclaiming system includes an outer output conveyor, a scraper reclaimer provided with a scraper mechanism, an inner feeder, and an inner output conveyor arranged below a stockpile. The scraper mechanism includes a chain and a scraper installed on a chain. The chain moves forwards or backwards under the action of a driving device to drive the scraper to push materials to a corresponding discharging port. The scraper mechanism drives the scraper through forward or reverse operation of the chain for pushing the materials to the output conveyor and a reclaiming line can be selected. A reclaiming mode is flexible and more output lines are available. When the material level is lower than a horizontal position, the scraper is driven to move through a reverse operation of the chain to push the materials to an upper part of the inner feeder for realizing reclaiming, thereby reducing unnecessary energy consumption and effectively guaranteeing the reclaiming capability of the scraper reclaimer.

BELT TRANSPORT SYSTEM FOR HIGH FLOWS OF BULK MATERIAL
A transport system for high temperature bulk materials in industrial plants, having a plurality of volumetric containers arranged in sequence along a direction of transport and fastened to a movable conveyor belt, which containers have lateral walls which engage mutually to form a continuous transport region.
RADIAL STACKER WITH ANGLE CONTROL
Embodiments disclosed herein include a stacker for stockpiling bulk material. The stacker may include a linear conveyor having a rear portion including a hopper, and front portion, the conveyor being designed to carry bulk material along an elevating path from a low position adjacent the rear portion to a higher position adjacent the front portion. At least one leg may be mounted to the frame below the hopper, the at least one leg may include a hydraulic jack for increasing and decreasing the effective length of the leg, thereby raising and lowering the rear portion of the conveyor to increase and decrease a degree of elevation of the path. The hopper may be pivotally mounted to the conveyor, with hydraulic cylinders mounted thereto in order to raise and lower an end of the hopper to alter a degree of inclination of the hopper. Means may also be provided for maintaining the hopper in a horizontal disposition regardless of the degree of elevation of the conveyor.

CONVEYOR SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REMOVING SLACK IN CONVEYOR
A method is provided for removing slack in a chain conveyor driven between a first sprocket and a second sprocket, the first sprocket and the second sprocket rotating in a first direction. The method includes: locking the second sprocket to prevent rotation of the second sprocket in a second direction opposite the first direction; operating the first sprocket in the second direction to position a slack portion between the first sprocket and the second sprocket; and removing at least one chain link from the slack portion.
