TRACKED RADIAL STACKER WITH WHEELS
A tracked, portable radial stacker for stockpiling bulk material that includes a linear conveyor having a rear portion and a front portion and being designed to carry bulk material from a low position adjacent the rear portion to a higher position adjacent the front portion. A contact may be disposed adjacent the rear portion of the conveyor and designed to selectively contact the ground to facilitate pivoting of the conveyor. A continuous track system may also be included having a frame to which the conveyor is mounted, the track system including a pair of driven, parallel tracks designed to contact the ground to convey the stacker from one position to another, and to be lifted off the ground when desired. A pair of mid-wheels may be mounted to the frame that are displaceable between a raised position in which they do not contact the ground and a first lowered position in which they engage the ground. A hydraulic wheel displacement system may be included for powering the pair of wheels from the raised position to the first lowered position, the hydraulic wheel displacement system also operable to power the each of the wheels making up the pair of wheels when in the first lowered position to other positions even lower than the first lowered position to lift the tracks off the ground to facilitate operation of the stacker with the tracks raised off of the ground, wherein the hydraulic wheel displacement system operates each of the wheels independently so the wheels can be at different even lower positions to facilitate the stacker being operable on uneven terrain.

Conveyor system and method for removing slack in conveyor
A method is provided for removing slack in a chain conveyor driven between a first sprocket and a second sprocket, the first sprocket and the second sprocket rotating in a first direction. The method includes: locking the second sprocket to prevent rotation of the second sprocket in a second direction opposite the first direction; operating the first sprocket in the second direction to position a slack portion between the first sprocket and the second sprocket; and removing at least one chain link from the slack portion.
Multi-roller guide
A multi-roller guide that includes a base plate, a cover plate, a plurality of spacers positioned perpendicularly between the base plate and cover plate, a plurality of spacer fasteners coupled to the spacers, and a plurality of roller assemblies secured between the base plate and cover plate and aligned along a roller assembly arc path. Each roller assembly includes a roller coupled to a roller bearing, with the roller bearing having a bearing center passage that receives therein an axle, and wherein the plurality of roller assemblies are secured between the cover plate and base plate via the axle, and wherein each roller is spool shaped including a core portion connecting upper and lower boundary walls, the upper and lower boundary walls extending radially outward from the core portion and including a space therebetween for receiving a portion of a tensile member.

Scraper conveyor chain tensioning device having sweeping function
A scraper conveyor chain tensioning device having a sweeping function, comprising a transmission device (2), a steering chain wheel (3), scraper chains (4), and ledges (5), wherein a chain tensioning device (1) is arranged above the scraper chains (4) arranged at the side of the steering chain wheel (3), the chain tensioning device (1) is provided with a sweeping device (12), the chain tensioning device (1) comprises a slider-crank mechanism and two chutes (13) symmetrically fixed to the ledges (5) on two sides at an inclined angle, a tensioning shaft (19) is arranged between the two chutes (13), the tensioning shaft (19) is arranged on a bearing seat (18) via a bearing, and the middle part of the tensioning shaft (19) is provided with a tensioning chain wheel (11) matching with a transmission chain; and the sweeping device (12) comprises a tensioning shaft sleeve (12-3), a plurality of groups of sweeping heads (12-2) is arranged on the circumference of the tensioning shaft sleeve (12-3) at intervals, and the sweeping heads (12-2) are fixed to the tensioning shaft sleeve (12-3) via springs (12-1). Caking coal on a scraper can be swept via scraping teeth on sweeping heads (12-2), the problems of friction, chain jumping and jamming caused by the caking coal on the scraper are solved, the scraper conveyor chain tensioning device is applicable to a middle double-chain scraper conveyor, the change on an original scraper conveyor is small, and pure mechanical transmission is adopted, thereby being simple in mechanism, convenient to assemble and disassemble, and reliable in operation.
