Cleanable conveyor frame assembly
A cleanable belt conveyor and a method for making a cleanable belt conveyor having a simplified frame design. One version of such a conveyor comprises a frame and an insertable conveyor belt support. Another version comprises a modular frame formed by a plurality of shafts connected using connectors. Another version comprises a unitary frame and carryway structure, whereby the carryway for supporting a conveyor belt constitutes support structure for the frame. Another version comprises a carryway support rail including an integral curved reversing element. Another version comprises components connected through curvaceous connecting members.
CONVEYOR APPARATUS
A conveyor apparatus includes a conveyor belt supported by a first and a second roller assembly, a boom assembly housing the conveyor apparatus, the boom assembly including opposing side rails hosting roller assemblies at opposite ends thereof the side rails held parallel by a plurality of cross frame members. A drive motor connected to a chain sprocket and gear assembly fixed in turn to an axle of at least one of the roller assemblies drives the conveyor hydraulically. The conveyor apparatus further includes components protecting against wear from frictional contact with material conveyed, sudden static shock to an operator, and wherein the relatively non-conductive attributes of the component materials protect the operator from shock due to implied incidental contact with an external power source.
Support structure as well as a conveyor system comprising such a support structure
The invention provides a support structure comprising a combination of a first plate-shaped support element having a first circumference and a second plate-shaped support element having a second circumference, wherein circumferential parts of the first circumference and the second circumference, respectively, have corresponding shapes such that a shape fitting connection between the respective circumferential parts in aligned condition of the support elements is possible. The combination comprises at least one passage near the connection in the connected condition of the circumferential parts, as well as at least one connecting element which extends at least partially within the at least one passage so as to limit movement of the support elements relative to each other in the thickness direction. The at least one passage is formed by parts of the connecting circumferential parts of the first circumference and the second circumference.

Conveying system for longitudinally transporting elongate items
A conveying system for longitudinally transporting elongate items, including a circulating traction belt and a supporting structure for the circulating traction belt, wherein a plurality of supports are connected by means of at least one traction element to form the circulating traction belt, wherein each of the supports comprises an indentation for supporting the elongate item. Each of the supports is fastened at at least two spaced-apart fastening points to the at least one traction element and the circulating traction belt is mounted, at least in a conveying region of the conveying system, by rollers so as to be movable with respect to the supporting structure.

Conveyor idler support structure and methods for constructing the same
This invention provides framework for supporting a plurality of conveyor idlers, mounted on central risers and end risers, and a method for constructing the same. A center section comprises, an upper component having a downwardly oriented channel with a sidewalls. It includes a first pair of central riser tabs folded upwardly from the top surface. The center section also comprises a lower component having an upwardly oriented channel with sidewalls. It includes a second pair of central riser tabs folded upwardly from the top surface. The upper component is sized and arranged to nest within the lower component and the first pair of central riser tabs overlap on the second pair of central riser tabs. A pair of end risers are mounted at each opposing ends of the center section, formed from sheet metal, and affixed to the opposing ends of the center section.

Conveyor frame assembly with cross supports
The present disclosure relates to a conveyor frame assembly that includes a pair of spaced side rails joined by one or more cross supports. Each of the cross supports includes an attachment clamp such that the first and second ends of the cross support can be securely attached to an inner surface of the side rails. The attachment clamp includes a pair of attachment jaws that are joined to each other by an adjustment member. Rotation of the adjustment member causes the attachment jaws to move toward each other. As the attachment jaws move toward each other, an engagement surface formed on each of the attachment jaws causes the side rails and cross support to move toward each other to securely attach the cross support between the side rails to allow for easy and convenient construction and field modification of the conveyor frame assembly.
