Tool-free belt and conveyor component cover and access hood
An access hood assembly for a conveyor cover is provided. The access hood assembly embodies a cammed lock assembly at each corner, for easier and safer opening, with no tools required, wherein each cammed lock assembly can act to lock the hood or as a pivot point to pivot about to an open position, when the hood is opened from the opposing side, where the associated cammed lock assemblies have been moved to an unlocked position. The arcuate hood of the access hood assembly supports multiple connection points for each cammed lock assembly to engaged in a locked position for securely keeping the access hood propped open when desired.

Mechanical conveyor belts for granulated raw materials
The present disclosure is directed toward a two-conveyor mechanical conveyor belt system for granulated raw materials including a first conveyor that may be larger than a second conveyor. Both conveyors are configured to be mounted onto a mobile base such that the conveyor system has dimensions similar to a trailer for conventional cargo transport truck. The conveyor system may be used for loading and unloading granulated raw materials, preferably silica sand, into transporting trailers that are suitable for feedstock. The longer-length conveyor belt of the first conveyor defines a transporting belt. The second conveyor may be configured to be positioned between the first conveyor and a trailer, and includes a shorter-length belt that defines a connecting belt disposed between the first conveyor and the trailer. The configuration of the first and second conveyors provides an airtight or otherwise sealed connection between a raw materials-transporting trailer and a specialized container.
Conveyor system
Conveyor systems and assemblies for use in conveyor systems are provided. In some embodiments, a conveyor system comprises a mechanical chain and a chain adjustment assembly. In other embodiments, a conveyor system comprises a panel mount assembly, and in still other embodiments, a conveyor system comprises a support structure and a leveling assembly. In yet other embodiments, a conveyor system comprises a conveyor track assembly and a conveyor top protection assembly. Any embodiment of the conveyor system may also comprise a blocking bar configured to be positioned under a lower conveyor track assembly and/or a cap positioned between an end of a conveyor track assembly and a sprocket. Further, a cover assembly for a conveyor system may comprise a shield positioned over a sprocket assembly and/or an idler assembly of the conveyor system. A guard for positioning at an end of the conveyor system also may be provided.
