Grain bin unloading conveyor system
An unloading conveyor system for unloading grain through the floor of a grain bin. A removeable cover is vertically supported by the plurality of ribs to cover the span of the midpan to allow maintenance. The midpan comprises a plurality of slots and ledges to receive and support the ribs to allow easy installation and maintenance. A central pit having an internal portion and an access support wall also provides easy installation and maintenance. The first bearing mount, second bearing mount, and roller are all accessible for service through the internal portion of the central pit.
Conveyor System
Conveyor systems and assemblies for use in conveyor systems are provided. In some embodiments, a conveyor system comprises a mechanical chain and a chain adjustment assembly. In other embodiments, a conveyor system comprises a panel mount assembly, and in still other embodiments, a conveyor system comprises a support structure and a leveling assembly. In yet other embodiments, a conveyor system comprises a conveyor track assembly and a conveyor top protection assembly. Any embodiment of the conveyor system may also comprise a blocking bar configured to be positioned under a lower conveyor track assembly and/or a cap positioned between an end of a conveyor track assembly and a sprocket. Further, a cover assembly for a conveyor system may comprise a shield positioned over a sprocket assembly and/or an idler assembly of the conveyor system. A guard for positioning at an end of the conveyor system also may be provided.

ENCLOSED CONVEYOR
The present invention relates to an enclosed conveyor (10) for bulk material, provided with an enclosure (20) and a conveyor belt (40) comprising a conveying portion (41) and a return portion (42). More particularly, the invention relates to a bottom cover (50) arranged inside the enclosure (20) of the enclosed conveyor (10), on which the return portion (42) of the conveyor belt (40) slides. In order to facilitate the manufacturing and maintenance of the enclosed conveyor (10), the present invention proposes the use of a bottom cover (50) mounted solely by means of a peripheral region (51).
ENCLOSED CONVEYOR
The present invention relates to an enclosed conveyor (10) for bulk material, provided with an enclosure (20) and a conveyor belt (40) comprising a conveying portion (41) and a return portion (42). More particularly, the invention relates to a bottom cover (50) arranged inside the enclosure (20) of the enclosed conveyor (10), on which the return portion (42) of the conveyor belt (40) slides. In order to facilitate the manufacturing and maintenance of the enclosed conveyor (10), the present invention proposes the use of a bottom cover (50) mounted solely by means of a peripheral region (51).
SHUTTLE FOR ROLLS AND SHUTTLE FOR SUSPENDED ROLLS
The present invention relates to a roll shuttle and a suspended roll shuttle, which are each displaceable and equipped with a load mandrel (22) for transporting at least one roll to be stored. In the case of the roll shuttle, the load mandrel (22) is pivotably fastened to the running slide (16) in a plane that is substantially parallel to the storage plane of a shelf system. The suspended roll shuttle (42) can be moved along a sliding rail (40). The present invention also relates to a shelf system and a suspended rail system including distributing stations as well as to a method for operating the shelf system according to the invention.
FASTENING SYSTEM FOR A HOOD FOR PROTECTING CONVEYOR BELTS
This invention relates to a fastening system (100) for a hood for protecting conveyor belts, which takes advantage of the strength and elasticity of the hood material for fastening to a conveyor belt structure (200), comprising: a hood (1) comprising ends of the hood (1) configured by a folding portion (4); a vertical/horizontal fastening comprising a rail (101), which is arranged longitudinally on each side of the structure (200), which engages with the folding portion (4) of the end of the cover; and a fastening comprising a plurality of latches (103) arranged on the folding portion (4) of the hood (1), for the fastening thereof to the rail (101).

This invention relates to a fastening system (100) for a hood for protecting conveyor belts, which takes advantage of the strength and elasticity of the hood material for fastening to a conveyor belt structure (200), comprising: a hood (1) comprising ends of the hood (1) configured by a folding portion (4); a vertical/horizontal fastening comprising a rail (101), which is arranged longitudinally on each side of the structure (200), which engages with the folding portion (4) of the end of the cover; and a fastening comprising a plurality of latches (103) arranged on the folding portion (4) of the hood (1), for the fastening thereof to the rail (101).

A dust capture and reclamation system for a rubber conveyor belt having a housing for mounting over a portion of the rubber conveyor belt, a plurality of idler roller assemblies, a plurality of return roller assemblies, a trough for mounting under the rubber conveyor belt to catch granular material falling from the rubber conveyor belt, the trough having an inside surface, a mechanism for moving granular material along the inside surface to a collection point, a first access panel through one side for accessing an idler roller, and a second access panel through one of the pair of opposed side walls for accessing a return roller assembly.
