Grain Bin Unloading Conveyor System
An unloading conveyor system for unloading grain through the floor of a grain bin. A removeable cover is vertically supported by the plurality of ribs to cover the span of the midpan to allow maintenance. The midpan comprises a plurality of slots and ledges to receive and support the ribs to allow easy installation and maintenance. A central pit having an internal portion and an access support wall also provides easy installation and maintenance. The first bearing mount, second bearing mount, and roller are all accessible for service through the internal portion of the central pit.
Conveyor module, conveyor assembly, and method of installing a conveyor assembly
A conveyor module (1), adapted to be releasably attached to at least one other conveyor module (1) to form a conveyor assembly (15). Each conveyor module (1) includes a substantially longitudinal main frame (4), said main frame (4) being adjustable in between a first position (FIG. 3), in which said module (1) is compacted for transportation, and, a second position (FIG. 4), in which said module (1) is expanded for conveyor operation. A plurality of support legs (17) is provided to support said conveyor module (1) upon a substrate surface, each support leg being adjustable to facilitate adjustable alignment of said module (1). Conveyor componentry (12) is housed substantially within said main frame (1). The conveyor module (1) is preferably formed from or built to standardised shipping container (ISO) specifications.
ENCLOSED CONVEYOR
This invention refers to an enclosed conveyor (10) of bulk material (100) comprising an enclosure (20) and provided within said enclosure (20) with a conveyor belt (30) arranged over a set of rollers (40). More particularly, the invention relates to an enclosure (20) capable of improving the manufacturing process of the enclosed conveyor (10). The enclosed conveyor (10) comprises an enclosure (20) formed by a first side wall (21) and a second side wall (22) arranged over a bottom plate (23) and provided with a cover (24) disposed over said side walls (21, 22). The enclosed conveyor (10) comprises at least one set of rollers (40) comprising a first inclined roller (41) mounted on the first side wall (21) and a second inclined roller (42) mounted on the second side wall (22), and a conveyor belt (30) arranged over the set of rollers (40). According to the invention, each side wall (21, 22) comprises a respective vertical section (211, 221) arranged over the bottom plate (23) and a respective support section (212, 222) inclined inwardly of the enclosure (20), each support section (212, 222) being inclined along an entire longitudinal extension of the respective side wall (21, 22), the first inclined roller (41) being mounted on at least part of the support section (212) of the first side wall (21) and the second inclined roller (42) being mounted in at least part of the support section (222) of the second side wall (22). Thus, with the support sections (212, 222) inclined across all the longitudinal extension of the side walls (21, 22), the manufacturing process of the enclosed conveyor (10) becomes easier and cheaper when compared to the manufacture of a conventional enclosed conveyor.

This invention refers to an enclosed conveyor (10) of bulk material (100) comprising an enclosure (20) and provided within said enclosure (20) with a conveyor belt (30) arranged over a set of rollers (40). According to the invention, each side wall (21, 22) comprises a respective vertical section (211, 221) arranged over the bottom plate (23) and a respective support section (212, 222) inclined inwardly of the enclosure (20), each support section (212, 222) being inclined along an entire longitudinal extension of the respective side wall (21, 22), the first inclined roller (41) being mounted on at least part of the support section (212) of the first side wall (21) and the second inclined roller (42) being mounted in at least part of the support section (222) of the second side wall (22). Thus, with the support sections (212, 222) inclined across all the longitudinal extension of the side walls (21, 22), the manufacturing process of the enclosed conveyor (10) becomes easier and cheaper when compared to the manufacture of a conventional enclosed conveyor.
Work-saving improvements for food-process lines
Work-saving improvements for food-process lines include (1) mounting alternate machines of a food process line on pivot hardware to speed up washing and maintenance operations, (2) mounting the machines on rolling riding gear in order to speed up the activities of building and re-building food process lines of a different series of machines, or (3) isolate the food process line in its own tunnel and hence its own climate-controlled atmosphere to reduce conflicts with running two food process lines side by side where one food process line is a source of air borne allergens.
