Grouping station for grouping pallets
A grouping station for grouping pallets includes an inbound conveyor, which is a gravity conveyor. The grouping station includes a fixed-height pairing conveyor and a grouping conveyor with three height positions for different grouping functions.
Vertical dough conveyor
A vertical dough conveyor includes a base frame, and a vertical conveyor assembly pivotably connected to the base frame for pivoting movement between a use position and an access position. The vertical conveyor assembly includes a first conveyor belt unit and a second conveyor belt unit, wherein the second conveyor belt unit is pivotably connected to the first conveyor unit such that, when the vertical conveyor assembly is in the access position, the first conveyor belt unit is pivotably movable between a first position and a second position. In the first position, a belt of the second conveyor belt unit is positioned in opposed relation to a belt of the first conveyor belt unit to define a dough feed gap therebetween. In the second position, the belt of second conveyor belt unit is pivoted away from the belt of the first conveyor belt unit.
MANUALLY ADJUSTABLE CONVEYOR BELT GUIDERAIL AND RELATED METHODS
An apparatus is for supporting a guiderail for guiding one or more articles conveyed along a conveyor having a conveying path in a conveying direction. The apparatus include a support rail and at least one movable support for adjusting a position of the guiderail relative to the conveyor in a direction transverse to the conveying direction. The at least one movable support includes a collapsible support for engaging the support rail and supporting the guiderail. The collapsible support is adapted to extend and retract into the conveying path in a direction transverse to the conveying direction to selectively position the guiderail relative to the support rail. The movable support includes a clamp for fixing a location of the movable support relative to the support rail. Related methods are also disclosed.

Conveyor apparatus and operating method thereof
A conveyor apparatus includes a supporting plate and a conveyor module. The supporting plate is connected to the conveyor module. The supporting plate includes a first power and communication terminal that is configured to provide the conveyor module with power and a communication connection. The conveyor module is connected to the supporting plate. The conveyor module is detachable and includes a second power and communication terminal that is connected to the first power and communication terminal to receive the power and to perform the communication connection. The first and second power and communication terminals are detachable, with an ability to be connected to and disconnected from each other.
Power and free conveyor and method
An assembly for use with a power and free conveyor comprises a track member adapted to be slidingly received by a receiver portion of a power and free conveyor power track. The track member is slidingly moveable from a first position to a second position such that, when in the first position, the proximal end is retained within the receiver portion and the distal end is proximate to a connection portion. When in the second position, the proximal end is retained within the receiver portion and there is a gap between the distal end and the connection portion. A power and free conveyor comprising the assembly is also provided. A method of servicing a power and free conveyor comprising a sliding track member is also provided.

CONVEYOR INCLUDING MODULAR FRAME AND SPINDLE ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM
A conveyor construction for a continuous belt conveyor. The conveyor includes a conveyor frame assembly constructed from a plurality of separate extruded and joined frame sections. The frame assembly can include a pair of side frame extrusions joined to a center frame extrusion by a pair of attachment rails. The conveyor construction further includes a series of spindle mounting assemblies that support a tensioning spindle on opposite ends of the conveyor frame. Each of the spindle mounting assemblies includes a gear rack and a pinion head that is rotatable to move the gear racks. The gear racks contact one of a pair of head plates that support the tensioning spindle relative to the frame.
