Substrate processing apparatus
A substrate processing apparatus includes carry in/out station, transfer station, processing station, and image capturing unit. The carry in/out station includes first conveyance device that takes out and conveys substrate from cassette. The transfer station is disposed adjacent to the carry in/out station, and includes substrate placement unit on which the substrate conveyed by the first conveyance device is placed. The processing station is disposed adjacent to the transfer station, and includes second conveyance device that takes out and conveys the substrate from the substrate placement unit, and a plurality of processing units that processes the substrate conveyed by the second conveyance device. The image capturing unit is disposed in the transfer station, and captures an image of the peripheral edge portion of one of the upper and lower surfaces of the substrate and the end surface of the substrate.

ENDLESS CONVEYOR DEVICE HAVING REMOVABLE CONVEYOR UNIT AND METHOD
An endless conveyor device comprises a conveyor unit having at least one endless conveyor, which is configured to convey items; a drive roller assembly, which is drivable by a drive belt and configured to drive the endless conveyor and has a support element; a deflecting roller assembly and an intermediate body, disposed between the drive roller assembly and the deflecting roller assembly, as well as between a conveying strand and a return strand of the endless conveyor. The endless conveyor device further comprises a drive unit comprising the drive belt, a motor and a support device, which is configured to engage with the support element. The drive belt is relaxable by pivoting the conveyor unit relative to the drive unit about a rotation axis of the drive roller assembly in a first direction. A method for removing a conveyor unit from an endless conveyor device is also provided.
ENDLESS CONVEYOR DEVICE HAVING REMOVABLE CONVEYOR UNIT AND METHOD
An endless conveyor device comprises a conveyor unit having at least one endless conveyor, which is configured to convey items; a drive roller assembly, which is drivable by a drive belt and configured to drive the endless conveyor and has a support element; a deflecting roller assembly and an intermediate body, disposed between the drive roller assembly and the deflecting roller assembly, as well as between a conveying strand and a return strand of the endless conveyor. Vehicle Conveyor System
An illustrative embodiment of a vehicle having a cargo area and a cab area is provided, wherein the cargo area may include a conveyor assembly. The conveyor assembly may include a conveyor assembly section and a pivotable conveyor assembly section. The conveyor assembly section includes at least one conveyor shelf panel which includes a support surface. The pivotable conveyor assembly section may include a bracket that supports a pivotable conveyor panel.
COLLAPSIBLE PRODUCT MOVER
Embodiments and features of a product moving system are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a collapsible product mover comprises a first portion having proximal and distal end, and a top side and a bottom side; a second portion having a proximal and distal end, and a top side and a bottom side, wherein the proximal end of the second portion coupled with the distal end of the first portion; and a support structure beneath at least the first portion; wherein the first and second portions are configured to move between an open position and a folded position, wherein in the folded position the top side of the first portion faces the top side of the second portion.
LEVEL RIGHT ANGLE TRANSFER MODULE
Enclosed herein are embodiments of a product transfer module and product transfer systems. In one embodiment, a product transfer module comprises a first shuttle, the first shuttle including a plurality of rollers, wherein the plurality of rollers are connected by one or more belts and includes a plurality of driven rollers and at least one driving roller; a second shuttle, the second shuttle including a plurality of rows of pulleys and a pulley drive positioned beneath the plurality of pulleys; and a cam system for raising and lowering the first and second shuttles; wherein the first shuttle directs product flow along a first flow path and the second shuttle directs product flow in a second flow direction.
BELT CONVEYOR
A belt conveyor includes: a belt which is supported, rotated and moved by a plurality of rollers, and which moves ore and a product; skirt means which are installed on both sides over the belt along a longitudinal direction, and which prevent the ore and the product from being scattered; impact bar means which are installed beneath both sides of the belt, and which rub against the belt and also support the bottom surface of the belt; and impact bar fastening means which are installed beneath the impact bar means, and which support the lower ends of the impact bar means; wherein the impact bar means are installed in transverse directions along the longitudinal direction of the belt, and the impact bar means are detachably installed in left-right directions.
BELT CONVEYOR
A belt conveyor includes: a belt which is supported, rotated and moved by a plurality of rollers, and which moves ore and a product; skirt means which are installed on both sides over the belt along a longitudinal direction, and which prevent the ore and the product from being scattered; impact bar means which are installed beneath both sides of the belt, and which rub against the belt and also support the bottom surface of the belt; and impact bar fastening means which are installed beneath the impact bar means, and which support the lower ends of the impact bar means; wherein the impact bar means are installed in transverse directions along the longitudinal direction of the belt, and the impact bar means are detachably installed in left-right directions.
Conveyor belt flaking roller and system
Conveyor belt flaking systems include a plurality of conveyor belt segments, each of the segments having opposing splice-able distal ends, a cable winch positioned proximate to a first end of the conveyor belt flaking system and at least one of the plurality of conveyor belt segments positioned proximate an opposing second end of the flaking system, a plurality of support pipes for supporting the conveyor belt segments when laid in a flake run of the conveyor belt flaking system, at least one hold-back drum insertable into one of the plurality of support pipes, a plurality of belt support A-frames for securing a cable from the cable winch and supporting one of the plurality of conveyor belt segments when introduced onto the flake run, and a two directional flaking roller attachable to the cable from the cable winch.
