Dynamic mixer

A dynamic mixer for a plurality of fluid components contains a housing and a rotor element which is rotatably arranged in the housing, with the housing having an inlet opening for at least one respective component and having at least one outlet opening. A ring-shaped intermediate space is provided between the rotor element and the housing in which a mixing element connected to the rotor element is arranged. The mixing element has a vane element which is formed as a directing element for conveying the components from the inlet opening to the outlet opening. The vane element is a directing element and has a directing surface which has a concave curvature with respect to the outlet opening and is further remote from the outlet opening at the onflow side than at the outflow side.

Device for injecting a filling material in the fluid phase into a canal space, the said device comprising an adaptor, an automatic mixer connected to the said adaptor, an intra-oral injection tip fitted at the upper end of the said automatic mixer, and is characterized in that the said injection tip is a tube the distal end of which has an outside diameter smaller than or equal to 1.5 mm over a length greater than or equal to 8 mm, in that the said injection tip is made of a shape memory material so that it can be bent to a desired orientation, in that the said injection tip is moulded at the upper end of the said automatic mixer, and in that the said injection tip comprises, on its exterior surface: either circular ribs defining a groove, the upper end of the automatic mixer being moulded into this groove so that the said injection tip is locked in position in the said upper end while at the same time retaining a degree of freedom to rotate about its axis of symmetry, or one or more mutually parallel circular ribs, the upper end of the automatic mixer being moulded onto this circular rib in such a way that the said injection tip is blocked in position in the said upper end while at the same time retaining a degree of freedom to rotate about its axis of symmetry.

DUAL-BARREL CARTRIDGE ADAPTOR

The invention is related to a cartridge adaptor which comprises a first dual-barrel cartridge, a housing, an adaptor and a second dual-barrel cartridge. The first dual-barrel cartridge comprises two openings and is disposed in the housing. The housing comprises a first fastening component. The adaptor has two inlets which opposite to the two inlets. The two inlets are respectively mounted into and communicate with the two openings of the first dual-barrel cartridge. The two outlets communicate with the two inlets. The second dual-barrel cartridge comprises two openings and a second fastening component which is complementary to the first fastening component of the housing. The two openings of the second dual-barrel cartridge communicates with the two outlets of the adaptor. The invention prevents the remaining unmixed component substances from oozing out of the two inlets or the two outlets of the adaptor during the transfer process of the remaining component substances.
