The invention relates to a curable composition for dental retraction comprising a resin matrix comprising at least one polyorganosiloxane with at least two olefinically unsaturated groups as component A1, at least one organohydrogenpolysiloxane as component A2, optionally at least one vinyl functional QM silicone component as component A3, at least one alkylsiloxane having at least one carbinol, silanol, or alkoxy moiety as component B, optionally surfactant(s) as component E, optionally additive(s) as component F, a filler system comprising filler(s) as component D, a catalyst system comprising addition cure catalyst component C-A suitable to cure components A1 and A2, condensation cure catalyst component C-B suitable to cure component B, the curable composition being provided as a kit of part comprising a Catalyst Part I and a Base Part II the Catalyst Part I comprising components C-A, C-B, A1, the Base Part II comprising components A2, A1, B, wherein each of components D, E and F and A3, if present, can be present either in the Catalyst Part I or the Base Part II or the Catalyst Part I and the Base Part II, and wherein component B is present in an amount of 6 wt. % or more with respect to the whole composition.
GUIDE PIN FOR DENTAL IMPLANT SURGERY
Provided is a guide pin for dental implant surgery, providing guidance so that a practitioner easily determines a location and angle of an alveolar bone of a patient when forming an implant hole in the alveolar bone to place an implant in the alveolar bone. By using the guide pin for dental implant surgery according to the inventive concept, a practitioner may perform the surgery by determining an accurate location and shape of the alveolar bone of the patient when drilling an implant hole in the alveolar bone, and thus, the success rate of the implant surgery may be increased.
METHODS, DEVICES, SYSTEMS, ASSEMBLIES, AND KITS FOR TISSUE RETRACTION IN AN ORAL CAVITY
Provided herein is a retraction device for retracting soft tissue from the dental surfaces in the oral cavity of a patient. The retraction device is comprised of a topology conformable structure, where the topology conformable structure is adaptable to be delivered to the oral cavity in a constrained shape. The device can then undergo a conformation change in the oral cavity, where the device transforms into its unconstrained shape. The unconstrained shape of the device creates a useable working field in the oral cavity. The useable working field can provide increased accessibility to and/or visibility within the oral cavity. Also provided herein are methods for using the device and kits.

Reinforced gingival retraction cord
A dental retraction elongated member, for example, a retraction cord, for placement between a tooth and its adjacent gum tissue during dental impression taking and restorative procedures includes a core coated with a thermoplastic material so that the retraction cord is resistant to shredding, tearing, and sticking to dental restorative and impression taking materials.
CARTRIDGE FOR STORING, DISCHARGING AND APPLYING A DENTAL COMPOUND
The invention relates to a cartridge for storing, discharging and applying a dental compound, in particular a paste for preparing and drying the gingival sulcus (sulcus gingivae) during dental impression taking. The invention relates to a cartridge (1) for storing, discharging and applying a dental compound, comprising a container (2), which has a hollow chamber (4) for accommodating the dental compound, and a cannula (3). The hollow chamber (4) comprises an outlet opening (5) and an actuator opening (6) opposite the outlet opening (5), and the cannula (3) is fluid-connected to the outlet opening (5), is arranged on the container (2) and is straight in the starting state. The cartridge is characterised in that the cannula (3) is made of plastic and is plastically deformable under standard conditions with the application of manual force in such a manner that a permanent bend by an angle of at least up to 65 in comparison with the starting state can be achieved without buckling the cannula (3).
Methods, devices, systems, assemblies, and kits for tissue retraction in an oral cavity

Retractor for periodontal surgery
A retractor for periodontal surgery includes an elongated handle from which extends a first connection portion and a second connection portion, with a blade extending from the second connection portion. The handle and the first connection portion are positioned at a first angle, the first connection portion and the second connection portion are positioned at a second angle. The first and second connection portions are generally co-planar. The blade is obliquely positioned at a third angle relative to the central axis of the second connection portion. The blade may be easily inserted into an incision in a patient's gum so as to retract the incision.
DENTAL RESTORATION MOLDS
In some examples, a tool for forming a dental restoration comprises a preformed mold body configured to provide a patient-specific, customized fit with at least one tooth to be restored of a patient. The mold body is configured to align with a portion of a surface of the at least one tooth, and is configured to combine with the at least one tooth to define a mold cavity encompassing at least a portion of desired tooth structure of the at least one tooth to be restored of the patient. The portion of desired tooth structure defines a transition from a supragingival surface of the at least one tooth to a subgingival surface of the at least one tooth.
