Conveyor drive assembly
A conveyor apparatus comprising a base frame and an extendable frame, where the extendable frame is supported within the base frame and a drive assembly. The drive assembly comprises a rotatable drive mechanism which has a plurality of frame engaging portions which are arranged to engage with a plurality of drive engaging portions disposed upon a first one of the base or extendable frames such that when the drive mechanism rotates, the drive assembly is configured to displace the first one of the base or extendable frames with respect to the first between an extended state and a retracted state.
Launching system for robotic sausage loading machine
A system, and associated method, for launching and delivering separated food product in organized groups to a robotized packaging station for the product. The system initiates the delivery via a metered hopper of food product delivering the product to a launch V-belt that aligns the product end to end. A successive singulator belt, positioned adjacent to and receiving product from the launch belt, further organizes the product into a single file alignment. An optional separator belt may follow the singulator belt to create gaps between successive product units. The product is then delivered to a pick belt for product to be provided to the packaging robot. The system product information is from a single (per product delivery line) sensor, enabling intergrated end-to-end control from hopper to robot, and a nearly continuous motion of said pick belt.
PORTABLE SCREENING AND STOCKPILING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a portable screening and stockpiling apparatus comprising a tracked chassis; a feed system mounted to the chassis for accepting material to be screened; means for moving the feed system upwards from a substantially horizontal transport position with respect to the chassis to an inclined working position at an angle to the chassis and from the inclined position downwards to the substantially horizontal position; a screen box supported on the chassis for accepting material from the feed system, wherein the screen box comprises a first deck for screening any material fed thereinto, whereby material of relatively finer and coarser fractions is adapted respectively to pass through the first deck and across the top of the first deck, a first folding conveyor mounted on the chassis beneath the screen box and feed system to receive fines material passing through the deck of the screen box and to convey same away from a first end of the apparatus; and a second folding conveyor mounted on the chassis and associated with the screen box to receive the coarser material from the top of the deck and to convey same away from a second, opposing end of the apparatus.
VEHICLE-MOUNTED CONVEYOR SYSTEM
Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to a vehicle-mounted conveyor system, and more specifically a maneuverable and mobile system interconnected to a motor vehicle, such as a truck, for conveying products and material. In some embodiments, the conveyor system comprises: a first conveyor; a second conveyor; a conveyor mount, wherein the first conveyor is interconnected to the conveyor mount; a first plate; a second plate; a post interconnected to the first plate; an arm member interconnected on one end to the post and interconnected on a second end to the second plate; a first hydraulic cylinder interconnected to the post and the arm member; a rotator gear interconnected to the second plate and the conveyor mount; a second hydraulic cylinder interconnected to the conveyor mount and the rotator gear; and a vehicle stabilizer, wherein the conveyor system has a first travel position and a second deployed position.
Processing plant
A processing plant includes a screen unit for screening out processing material, which can be routed to the screen unit from a crusher unit. The screen unit includes at least one screen deck and a discharge area via which the processing material exits the screen unit. A transfer belt located in a working position is disposed in the discharge area to receive processing material from the screen unit. To simplify maintenance the transfer belt is movable in a direction from the working position to a maintenance position wherein the transfer belt is at least partially moved out of the discharge area. A lifting device supports the transfer belt in the maintenance position by a hoist.
ROAD-PORTABLE CONVEYOR APPARATUS, SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Road-portable conveyors are described. In some embodiments, the conveyor is supported on a trailer in a road transport configuration. In some embodiments, a support structure is attached to the conveyor and supported on a rolling support during road transport.
Support structure and method for supporting an enclosed belt conveyor
The disclosure relates to a support structure for supporting a belt of an enclosed belt conveyor between two transport units and a corresponding method. The support structure between two transport units includes a first end element having a main extension in a longitudinal direction, a width extension in a width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and a height extension in a height direction orthogonal to the longitudinal and the width direction. At least one guide assembly is arranged to engage opposite longitudinal edges of the belt. A first telescopic element is connected to the first end element, wherein an outer end of the first end element has a first end connector arranged to form a connection with a first transport unit.
AUXILIARY ROLLER SYSTEM FOR USE WITH BELT-FEED SYSTEMS
The invention is directed towards an auxiliary roller system configured to be used with a belt-feed machine. The auxiliary roller system includes an auxiliary roller connected to an arm and an adjustable mount. The adjustable mount is configured to place the auxiliary roller past a primary roller of the belt-feed machine, with the auxiliary roller configured to engage and apply force to an upper belt of the belt-feed machine used to hold down material being fed into an opening of the belt-feed machine.
Movement device for moving roller boxes
A movement device for moving roller boxes, comprising: a support frame (10), movable along a vertical direction; a conveyor plane (11), solidly constrained to the support frame (10) with respect to the movement in a vertical direction and movable with respect to the support frame (10) along a horizontal transversal direction (X), in which the conveyor plane (11) is predisposed to translate objects (O) along a horizontal conveying direction (Y); three operating arms (21,22,23), solidly constrained to the support frame (10), each of which is provided with spindles (S) rotating about rotation axes which are coplanar, horizontal and perpendicular to the conveying direction (Y). A main arm (21) is provided with motorised spindles (S) and is movable along the transversal direction (X) between a first operating position and a second operating position, to selectively interact with one of two roller boxes (B1,B2).
CONVEYING APPARATUS WITH MINIMALIST FRAME
An apparatus includes a movable conveyor belt adapted for conveying articles supported by a conveying surface in a conveying direction, the conveyor belt including guide links. Guides in the form of at least two stationary rods elongated in the conveying direction engage the guide links of the conveyor belt during conveyance. The guides may form part of a conveyor frame including connectors spaced in the conveying direction connecting to at least one upper guide and at least one lower guide without projecting between them. An elongated support may be provided for supporting the connectors, and may include at least portion curved in the conveying direction and a vertical direction.
