A mezzanine conveyor assembly is also provided that includes a support structure constructed of non-welded interlocking tubular members reinforced with stiffener brackets, with a mezzanine/platform and at least one conveyor supported on the support structure.

A portable conveying apparatus for transferring particulate material comprises a conveyor supported on a trailer frame and operable to convey the material for subsequent discharge to a target location. A housing mounted to the trailer frame and substantially covering a top of the conveyor defines at least one inlet for delivery of material from a container to the conveyor. A flexible chute communicating each inlet and a container discharge to guide the material to the apparatus housing is carried on the trailer frame in a storage position so as to be transportable therewith. Within the housing, an upper guide surface converges to a central grate disposed at a transversely offset location from the respective inlet for central depositing of the material onto the conveyor. A suspension arrangement is operable to raise and lower the trailer frame between transport and operating positions so that a bottom of the trailer frame can rest on the ground to inhibit the dust emanating during use.

A proppant conveyor system has: a tower; a bucket elevator; a telescopic conveyor boom mounted to the tower above a ground surface; the telescopic conveyor boom being connected to convey proppant from an outlet of the bucket elevator to a discharge point defined by the telescopic conveyor boom; and the telescopic conveyor boom being mounted to swing in lateral directions relative to an axis of the tower to reposition the discharge point. A method includes: conveying proppant up a bucket elevator, along a telescopic conveyor boom mounted on a tower above a ground surface, and into an inlet of a first storage bin at a well site; repositioning the telescoping conveyor boom over an inlet of a second storage bin at the well site by swinging the telescopic conveyor boom in a lateral direction relative to an axis of the tower; and conveying proppant up the bucket elevator, along the telescopic conveyor boom, and into an inlet of the second storage bin.

A storage facility has a base frame composed of vertical supports and horizontal crosspieces. A carrier can be driven on two rails in an aisle through the base frame for introducing and removing goods. Each rail has a horizontal limb forming a running surface for the carrier, and a vertical limb. The rail, in a fastening region extending over a partial length thereof, is fastened by fastening elements to one of the supports and/or crosspieces. The vertical limb, in the fastening region, is provided with holes through which the fastening elements lead. The vertical limb, in the fastening region but outside the holes, is provided with at least one structural weakening in the form of an opening. The latter extends like a slit substantially in the longitudinal direction of the rail and at a height closer to the horizontal limb than to the upper edge of the vertical limb.
