Systems and methods for bulk material load out
A weigh hopper assembly including a plurality of adjacently aligned weigh hoppers connected via a frame, and longitudinal conveyor mechanism extending along a top portion of the weigh hopper assembly. Each weigh hopper has independent load cells in order to individually weigh the material discharged into the weigh hopper. The conveyor mechanism includes a plurality of gates along a bottom surface of the conveyor mechanism, each gate being aligned with a corresponding weigh hopper of the plurality of weigh hoppers. The conveyor mechanism is in turn connected to a plurality of product bins. A top portion of the conveyor mechanism is in communication with a plurality of product bins via a series of inlet chutes and gates. The weigh hoppers are aligned adjacent to each other and spaced so that each weigh hopper aligns with the transport vehicle.
Flowback tank cleaning system and method
A flowback tank cleaning system and method is described. A flowback tank includes a self-cleaning system. A flowback tank cleaning method may include moving solid debris collected at a bottom of a collection section of a flowback tank towards a lift auger using a cleaning auger or a conveyer belt extending along a length of the collection section, the bottom of the collection section including an angled trough, funneling solid debris towards the cleaning auger or conveyor belt by placing the cleaning auger or conveyor belt at a base of the angled trough, spraying fluid downward through a series of fluid outlets, removing the sand so moved by the cleaning auger or conveyer belt from the flowback tank using the lift auger, and removing the fluid from the flowback tank using a drain manifold below the cleaning auger or conveyer belt.

Grain cart with air nozzle
An agricultural cart for transporting different particulate materials includes a transport container a row of hoppers for containing agricultural product such as harvested grain to be carried away from the field and seed and fertilizer for filling a seeder during seeding. The cart includes a transport tube with across a bottom of the hoppers and a discharge tube extending upwardly and outwardly to one side, each including an auger flight. An air blower is mounted on a front end of the cart for generating a stream of air and a nozzle mounted on the cart and arranged to direct the stream of air into the cart and particularly into the transport tubes toward the discharge end to clean them out. The transport tube includes inlet doors which can be closed and there is provide a closure gate between the transport tube and the discharge tube.
Cleaning device and method for cleaning a screw conveyor
A cleaning apparatus for cleaning a conveyor screw of a screw conveyor, includes: a slide-like basic body for resting on at least two screw flights of the conveyor screw in order to displace the slide-like basic body in the axial direction by means of a rotational movement of the conveyor screw, and a cleaning device which is attached to the slide-like basic body, for cleaning the conveyor screw. The apparatus also relates to a screw conveyor and to a method for cleaning a conveyor screw of a screw conveyor.

Drying device, rotary valve and drying method
The invention relates to a drying device for drying a product comprising: a housing having a drying chamber, a product inlet at a first end and an product outlet at a second end; a drying rotor arranged rotatable within the drying chamber and having at least one helical groove at the outer surface thereof; a screw having a flight with a flight channel there between and arranged rotatable within the drying chamber and substantially parallel to the drying rotor; a driving mechanism configured for driving the screw in rotation around a screw axis; and a heater for providing thermal energy to the drying chamber, wherein the drying rotor and/or the screw at least are configured for moving the product from the first end to the second end, and such that the flight of the screw engages into the at least one helical groove of the drying rotor.
