Cleaning Assembly for a Tubular Drag Conveyor
20230078637 · 2023-03-16 ·

A cleaning pig assembly is provided for use on a tubular drag conveyor. The assembly is quickly and easily mounted anywhere along the cable, chain, or rope via slots in the assembly components. The components include a puck, a plate, a drag disc, and a cleaning member or tool sandwiched between the puck and the plate. The drag disc provides interference fit on the cable, chain, or rope holding the assembly on the cable, chain, or rope and prevents sliding of the assembly along the cable, chain, or rope during use. The cleaning assembly is installed without the use of tools or clamps. Multiple interchangeable cleaning members are provided depending on cleaning needs.

LiDAR sensor

A LiDAR sensor may include: a housing; a window cover installed on the housing; a motor mounted in the housing; a rotating shaft rotated by the motor; a guide connected to the rotating shaft and rotated along the surface of the window cover; and a brush mounted on the guide so as to face the window cover, contacted with the window cover, and washing the surface of the window cover with rotation of the guide. The guide may include: a first guide part connected to the rotating shaft; a second guide part rotatably connected to the housing; and a third guide part connected to the first and second guide parts, formed in a U-shape so as to face the window cover, and having the brush mounted thereon.

CARRYBACK ASSESSMENT TRAY

A carryback material collection system is provided for assessing carryback material received from a conveyor belt. The carryback material collection system includes a tray positionable below the conveyor belt for receiving carryback material from the conveyor belt. The carryback material collection system further includes at least one sensor for detecting carryback material received in the tray. The carryback material collection system further includes a processing unit communicatively coupled with the at least one sensor for conveying information indicative of the carryback material detected by the at least one sensor. The carryback material collection system further includes a tray actuator that is operatively coupled to the tray to move the tray between a collection orientation to receive carryback material from the conveyor belt and a discharge orientation to discharge the carryback material from the tray.

A paddle conveyor system for efficiently removing tare, dirt, small particles, and other debris from large bulky products such as sugar beets. The paddle conveyor generally includes a first pulley including a first side and a second side and a second pulley including a first side and a second side. A first linkage is connected between the first side of the first pulley and the first side of the second pulley and a second linkage is connected between the second side of the first pulley and the second side of the second pulley. A plurality of paddles is each connected between the first linkage and the second linkage such that the plurality of paddles forms a loop for conveying a material towards the second pulley. Each of the paddles includes one or more slots through which debris from the material may fall.

TOFU CONVEYING MACHINE

A tofu conveying machine includes a conveyor, a support member, and an elevation device. The conveyor is configured to convey tofu placed thereon. The support member is configured to support at least a portion of the conveyor from below, and the portion allows the tofu to be placed thereon. The elevation device is configured to elevate and lower the support member.

Conveyor belt cleaning device controllable by a control panel

A dynamic, reconfigurable, and modular cleaning device utilizes software, sensors, and modular components to provide a one-size-fits-all approach to cleaning conveyor belts. The cleaning device secures to a body or frame associated with a conveyor belt, in which an associated cleaning head cleans the conveyor belt's surface. The cleaning head has an arm that extends from its body and inserts into a corresponding opening on a connecting frame associated with the cleaning device. The cleaning head is then secured in place via a cylindrical pin that extends through aligned holes on the arm and the connecting plate. Insertion of the pin connects the components together, and removal of the pin enables a user to disconnect the cleaning head and swap a new one in its place, such as to provide a different cleaning action.

PARCEL HANDLING AND TRACKING SYSTEM AND A METHOD OF SCANNING IDENTIFYING FEATURES ON PARCELS

A parcel handling and tracking system allows an all-around scanning of identifying features thanks to a scanning window, where the parcels are configured to sit at the scanning window on a resting surface of the parcel itself. The scanning window is light permeable to allow reading of the identifying features at the resting surface, possibly together with other identifying features at surfaces of the parcel other than the resting surface.
