Mass Shaped Detaching Razor Device and System Thereof

A mass shaped detaching razor device for detaching mass shapes from a laminating roller without damaging the same is provided, said device comprises a main support coupled on its upper section with a lower end of a pressure arm by means of a 5 pivot coupling, the main support is coupled on its lower section with a razor support having on a frontal end a detachment razor, a shock absorber coupled on its lower end to a back end of the main support and coupled by its upper end to an upper end of the pressure arm.

PRINTING SYSTEM

A printing system is described, which comprises: a conveyor belt; a first substrate supply mechanism to supply a cleaning substrate to said conveyor belt; wherein said conveyor belt is to advance a supplied cleaning substrate, and said first substrate supply mechanism is controllable to adjust motion of said substrate relative to said conveyor belt such that when said conveyor belt is activated said supplied cleaning substrate slides relative to the conveyor belt; and said printing system further comprising a friction adjustment mechanism to adjust an amount of friction between said conveyor belt and said supplied substrate.

Two part sprocket wheel

A two part sprocket wheel engages modular belt modules in a conveyor belt. The sprocket wheel's periphery elements' outer edges form a full circle. On each inner periphery four engagement ridges are provided. When the sprocket wheel is mounted around the axle, only the engagement ridges touch and engage the axle. The sprocket wheel construction between the engagement ridges is removed from the drive axle. It is possible to flush and clean the areas around the drive axle being partly covered by the sprocket wheel in an easy and accessible manner. The engagement ridges have a very limited engagement area in order to contact the drive axle and thereby convey the torque forces from the drive axle to the teeth of the sprocket wheel. The engagement ridges are in very firm engagement with the drive axles, such that no material may remain where the engagement ridges engage the drive axles.
