The slide arm is slidably connected to the rail. The slide arm is moveable in the transfer direction between a retracted position and an extended position. The finger is connected to the slide arm. The finger is moveable between an engaged position and a disengaged position upon movement of the slide arm between the retracted position and the extended position. In the engaged position the finger is engaged with the object such that upon movement of the slide arm from the retracted position towards the extended position the object is moved in the transfer direction along the transfer path.

A slide rail assembly for moving an object on a transfer path, includes a rail, a slide arm, and a finger. The rail extends in a transfer direction of the transfer path. The slide arm is slidably connected to the rail. The slide arm is moveable in the transfer direction between a retracted position and an extended position. The finger is connected to the slide arm. The finger is moveable between an engaged position and a disengaged position upon movement of the slide arm between the retracted position and the extended position. In the engaged position the finger is engaged with the object such that upon movement of the slide arm from the retracted position towards the extended position the object is moved in the transfer direction along the transfer path.
Flexible hopper for a conveyor system
Some examples described herein include a flexible hopper for a conveyor system. The flexible hopper may include a hopper weldment attached to a frame of the conveyor, wherein the hopper weldment surrounds a charge end of the conveyor, a flexible connector that is attached to the hopper weldment and configured to enable an opening of the flexible hopper to expand or contract, and a flexible skirt that is folded over the flexible connector. The flexible skirt may include a plurality of flexible strips configured to form an enclosure between the flexible connector and the hopper weldment.

Some examples described herein include a flexible hopper for a conveyor system. The flexible hopper may include a hopper weldment attached to a frame of the conveyor, wherein the hopper weldment surrounds a charge end of the conveyor, a flexible connector that is attached to the hopper weldment and configured to enable an opening of the flexible hopper to expand or contract, and a flexible skirt that is folded over the flexible connector. The flexible skirt may include a plurality of flexible strips configured to form an enclosure between the flexible connector and the hopper weldment.

The present invention relates to a method for transferring products (1) from an accumulation surface (2) to an outlet conveyor (3) configured to convey products in a longitudinal direction using an intermediate conveyor (4) arranged between, and flush with, said accumulation surface (2) and said outlet conveyor (3), and a pushing means (5), the method comprises decelerating the intermediate conveyor (4) and transferring the products (1) between the accumulation surface (2) and the intermediate conveyor (4) by said pushing means (5) and accelerating the intermediate conveyor (4) and transferring the products from the intermediate conveyor (4) to the outlet conveyor (3). The present invention also relates to a device for transferring products (1) from an accumulation surface (2) to an outlet conveyor (3), in particular one that is capable of carrying out the method according to the invention.

A heating device for the thermal conditioning of preforms made of a thermoplastic material at a temperature profile that is suitable for a blow molding, and a blow molding machine having such a heating device. The heating device includes a plurality of heating units arranged one behind another along a heating section. The preforms are transported on a transport path along the heating section and along the heating units. The heating section includes a first heating section portion provided with first heating units for the uniform heating of the preforms in their peripheral direction, and a second heating section portion provided with second heating units for the non-uniform heating of the preforms in their peripheral direction. A method for the thermal conditioning of preforms is also disclosed.

The invention relates to a device for transferring elements through a surface comprising a frame fastened in an opening of the surface to be crossed through and a container joined to the frame comprising at least one pair of rods joining the container to the frame on one side of the container, such that each pair of rods is made up of a first rod and a second rod, the first rod and the second rod being parallel to each other, furthermore each rod is fastened to the frame by means of a bolt on one end of each rod and to the container by means of another bolt on the opposite end of the rod such that the rods have the ability to rotate resting on the bolts.
