A slide rail assembly for moving an object on a transfer path, includes a rail, a slide arm, and a finger. The rail extends in a transfer direction of the transfer path. The slide arm is slidably connected to the rail. The slide arm is moveable in the transfer direction between a retracted position and an extended position. The finger is connected to the slide arm. The finger is moveable between an engaged position and a disengaged position upon movement of the slide arm between the retracted position and the extended position. In the engaged position the finger is engaged with the object such that upon movement of the slide arm from the retracted position towards the extended position the object is moved in the transfer direction along the transfer path.

Disclosed is an installation for producing thermoplastic containers including: a container coating station including an input wheel and an output wheel; an upstream transfer wheel that is tangent with the input wheel in an input tangential zone; and a downstream transfer wheel that is tangent with the output wheel in an output tangential zone. The installation includes a bypass wheel that is directly tangent with the upstream transfer wheel in an upstream tangential zone and the bypass wheel that is directly tangent with the downstream transfer wheel in a downstream tangential zone.

A pallet feeder assembly for use with a concrete products machine of a type supporting a mold box within a production zone comprises a conveyor having a load/unload expanse configured to be disposed below the production zone, an upstream staging expanse upstream, and upstream and downstream ends. A plurality of sensors operative to detect a presence of a pallet on the conveyor are disposed along a length of the conveyor and include sensors disposed upstream and downstream of the load/unload expanse. Transport means on the conveyor move a pallet loaded on the transport means between the upstream and downstream ends of the conveyor. An open portion within the load/unload expanse is configured to admit a lifting means for raising the pallet from the transport means up into the production zone against an underside of a mold box during a production cycle of a concrete products machine.

A pallet feeder assembly for use with a concrete products machine of a type supporting a mold box within a production zone comprises a conveyor having a load/unload expanse configured to be disposed below the production zone, an upstream staging expanse upstream, and upstream and downstream ends. A plurality of sensors operative to detect a presence of a pallet on the conveyor are disposed along a length of the conveyor and include sensors disposed upstream and downstream of the load/unload expanse. Transport means on the conveyor move a pallet loaded on the transport means between the upstream and downstream ends of the conveyor. An open portion within the load/unload expanse is configured to admit a lifting means for raising the pallet from the transport means up into the production zone against an underside of a mold box during a production cycle of a concrete products machine.

A stopping device for a conveying process of an object and a conveyor system are provided. The stopping device includes: a pedestal; a driving structure rotatably connected to the pedestal through a first spindle; a stopping arm rotatably connected to the pedestal through a second spindle; and a linkage rod connected between the driving structure and the stopping arm. The driving structure is configured to drive the linkage rod to move, so that the linkage rod drives the stopping arm to rotate about the second spindle between a first position and a second position.
Long travel air bearing linear stage
A long travel aerostatic linear stage includes a plurality of rails, a plurality of planar bearing plates, and a plurality of porous media gas bearing. The plurality of planar bearing plates are aligned with and attached to the rails. Each planar bearing plate includes a plurality of metal plates having machined air bearing surfaces. The plurality of porous media gas bearings float on the bearing plates in a non-contact frictionless manner to support a traversing load and control lateral motion of the rails. The rails may include at least one rail which supports the traversing load and at least one rail which controls the lateral motion. The bearing plates are restrained and attached to the rails in a manner that ensures the planar nature of the bearing plates are maintained and the air gap is effective.
Long travel air bearing linear stage
A long travel aerostatic linear stage includes a plurality of rails, a plurality of planar bearing plates, and a plurality of porous media gas bearing. The plurality of planar bearing plates are aligned with and attached to the rails. Each planar bearing plate includes a plurality of metal plates having machined air bearing surfaces. The plurality of porous media gas bearings float on the bearing plates in a non-contact frictionless manner to support a traversing load and control lateral motion of the rails. The rails may include at least one rail which supports the traversing load and at least one rail which controls the lateral motion. The bearing plates are restrained and attached to the rails in a manner that ensures the planar nature of the bearing plates are maintained and the air gap is effective.

The invention relates to a conveyor system for conveying products (18) to be conveyed, in particular for conveying food products, with at least one conveyed-products carrier (4) for receiving the products (18) to be conveyed, and a drive system (17) for discontinuously conveying the conveyed-products carrier (4) within a conveying surface (9) along a conveying path. The invention provides that the drive system (17) angles the conveyed-products carrier (4) to the conveying surface (9).
