Method and device for loading a pallet
A method for loading a pallet with different individual packs of a picked order includes a first method step in which the individual packs to be palletized are delivered in a conveyor cart, a second method step in which the individual packs are separated, positioned and prepared for palletizing in such a way that a palletizing station has access to all of the individual packs and a third method step in which the individual packs are picked in a sequence predetermined by the palletizing station and stacked on the pallet. A device for performing the method includes one or more palletizing stations with a storage device for the individual packs and with a continuous conveying loop acting as a conveying path for the conveyor cart.
DISPENSING UNIT FOR BAKED PRODUCTS
The present invention relates to a dispensing unit for baked products, in particular, baguettes, and to a device for dispensing baked products which comprises a dispensing unit. Such dispensing units can be found, for example, in supermarkets, with a continuous baking oven being connected upstream of said dispensing units. At a customer's request by pushing on a button it is possible for various, freshly baked or crisped-up baked products to be dispensed from the dispensing unit.
AGRICULTURAL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LETTUCE
A method is disclosed that includes growing romaine lettuce in a greenhouse using a hydroponic technique and using purified water. The romaine lettuce has a heart and outer leaves. The heart is separated from the outer leaves of the romaine lettuce. The outer leaves are packaged in a first container and the heart is packaged in a second container. The first container and the second container are separate from one another. The first container and the second container are transferred to a storage device of approximately 32 to 41 degrees F. The packaging the outer leaves and the heart, and the transferring the first container and the second container, occur in an environment of less than or equal to 41 degrees F. The method occurs in a single, environmentally-controlled facility.
AGRICULTURAL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LETTUCE
A method is disclosed that includes growing romaine lettuce in a greenhouse using a hydroponic technique and using purified water. The romaine lettuce has a heart and outer leaves. The heart is separated from the outer leaves of the romaine lettuce. The outer leaves are packaged in a first container and the heart is packaged in a second container. The first container and the second container are separate from one another. The first container and the second container are transferred to a storage device of approximately 32 to 41 degrees F. The packaging the outer leaves and the heart, and the transferring the first container and the second container, occur in an environment of less than or equal to 41 degrees F. The method occurs in a single, environmentally-controlled facility.
Thin film transfer vehicle
A thin film transfer vehicle includes a base frame, a bearing frame and a baffle disposed on the base frame; the bearing frame has multiple support layers from top to bottom, and the multiple support layers are configured to carry multiple thin films respectively; the baffle is disposed in front of the bearing frame along a moving direction of the transfer vehicle, and multiple openings are disposed on the baffle, which are disposed in multiple rows and columns; and the support layers correspond to positions between two adjacent rows of the openings.
Thin film transfer vehicle
A thin film transfer vehicle includes a base frame, a bearing frame and a baffle disposed on the base frame; the bearing frame has multiple support layers from top to bottom, and the multiple support layers are configured to carry multiple thin films respectively; the baffle is disposed in front of the bearing frame along a moving direction of the transfer vehicle, and multiple openings are disposed on the baffle, which are disposed in multiple rows and columns; and the support layers correspond to positions between two adjacent rows of the openings.
Transport System
A control device holds floor map information regarding a plurality of floors and connection relationship information indicating a connection relationship between different floors connected by a connection route, and controls a transport vehicle on floor routes and the connection route based on the floor map information and the connection relationship information. A management device holds the floor map information regarding the floors in such a manner that a piece of the floor map information can be distinguished for each of the floors, holds the connection relationship information in such a manner that the connection relationship information can be distinguished from the pieces of floor map information corresponding to the floors, and performs update processing for updating the floor map information and the connection relationship information in the control device.
Transport System
A control device holds floor map information regarding a plurality of floors and connection relationship information indicating a connection relationship between different floors connected by a connection route, and controls a transport vehicle on floor routes and the connection route based on the floor map information and the connection relationship information. A management device holds the floor map information regarding the floors in such a manner that a piece of the floor map information can be distinguished for each of the floors, holds the connection relationship information in such a manner that the connection relationship information can be distinguished from the pieces of floor map information corresponding to the floors, and performs update processing for updating the floor map information and the connection relationship information in the control device.

The apparatus comprises a conveying device including a conveyance path and conveys, to one of the plurality of processing devices, a substrate conveyed into one end of the conveyance path from an outside of the substrate processing apparatus, and an adjusting device configured to perform adjustment of a pre-alignment state of the substrate conveyed from the one end and to be conveyed into one of the plurality of processing devices, wherein the adjusting device is arranged on the conveyance path and between a processing devices of the plurality of processing devices, farthest from the one end, and a processing device, of the plurality of processing devices, closest to the one end.
