METHOD FOR FORMING AN ARTICLE ARRAY
A method for building an article array comprised of (n) rows of articles, as disclosed herein.
STACKING RING FOR CHAIR BASES
A stacking ring for a chair base may be disposable between a first and second chair base such that the stacking ring generally prevents lateral movement of the first chair base relative to the second chair base. The stacking ring may be integrally formed to the chair base, or separate and disposable between at least two chair bases. The stacking ring may substantially prevent rotation of a first chair base relative to a second chair base.
System for conveying and stowing elongated material
A rack corresponding a vehicle having matching connectors: a plurality of modular shelves having two longitudinal sides, the modular shelves are configured to be mounted one on top of the other, wherein each modular shelf of the plurality of modular shelves comprising: a frame having a plurality of struts configured for mounting a modular shelf one on top of the other, and wherein at least a portion of the struts have bottom with fittings that comply with the matching connectors a guardrail on each longitudinal side of the frame wherein at least one of the guardrails is capable of moving between an upright position and a horizontal position. a drawer capable of moving on top of the frame through at least one of the longitudinal sides of the modular shelf.
Consignment store and method for accepting, temporarily storing and issuing consignments
Described is a consignment store for the separate acceptance, storing, and issuing of consignments. The consignment store has a handover device for the separate acceptance and handover of the consignments to separate carrier elements, a detecting device for detecting heights of the consignments, and a rack system with holding elements arranged one above the other in a vertical direction and which define holding levels. The holding and carrier elements are of corresponding design such that, on two adjacent holding levels, two carrier elements carrying one consignment can be held one above the other in a vertical direction, and such that, on a holding level, a carrier element can be held with a consignment taller than the spacing to the next holding level. A control device allocates carrier elements in a vertical direction one above the other to different holding elements/storage positions dependent on the detected height of the consignments.
Product-stacking and case-packing system and method
Techniques for product-stacking and case-packing are particularly adapted for product that is packaged in envelopes or flexibly-sided containers. Such products include may different types, such as foodstuffs, books, boxed goods, etc. In an example, a product-stacking and case-packing system may include a product-stacking assembly and a case-packing assembly. In the example, the product-stacking assembly may be configured with a plurality of pairs of flights, each pair of flights programmed to move according to operation of an associated pair servo motors, and programmed to receive and down-stack incoming product items into groups. In the example, the case-packing assembly may include a robotic arm and end-of-arm tool configured to grasp one or more groups of stacked product items, when pushed from the product-stacking assembly, and place each group of stacked product items in a case (e.g., a cardboard box).
Systems and Methods for Horizontal Wafer Packaging
Systems and methods to manipulate stacks of silicon wafers and rings are described. In one aspect, a robotic actuator includes a robotic end effector that further a first surface having multiple attached wafer suction cups arranged to collectively grasp a silicon wafer. The robotic end effector also includes a second surface that further includes multiple attached ring suction cups arranged to collectively grasp a ring. The second surface also includes a bulk grabber positionable to grasp a collective stack of rings. The robotic actuator also includes an axial actuator configured to rotate the robotic end effector about a flip axis, such that either the first surface or the second surface faces vertically upwards.
BIN RISER
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a bin riser positionable between different types of shipping bins to enable these shipping bins to stably stack atop one another in a way that inhibits an adjacent stack of shipping bins from toppling over during transit.
SHEET STACKING APPARATUS AND SHEET STACKING METHOD
A sheet stacking apparatus according to an embodiment stacks first and second sheets. The first sheet includes first stacked and non-stacked parts. The second sheet includes second stacked and non-stacked parts. The first and second stacked parts are stacked to overlap in a Z-direction. The apparatus includes a first holding part holding the first sheet and a second holding part holding the second sheet. The first and second holding parts each include a frame part and a supporter. The frame part extends in an X-direction. The supporter supports the sheet in the Z-direction and provided at the frame part. The first and second holding parts are respectively configured to hold the sheets in a state in which movement of the sheets in the X-direction is regulated. The supporter is provided to be able to drop the object by releasing the supporting of the object in the Z-direction.
