Rebaling Systems and Methods
A rebaling system may include a bale processing system that processes a first bale of a first size into unbaled material; a rebaler downstream of the bale processing system, the rebaler rebaling the unbaled material into a second bale of a second size different than the first size prior to being processed; a collection platform positioned below a portion of the rebaling system that collects stray unbaled material; and a recycling system including a first auger operatively engaged with the collection platform to move collected stray unbaled material to be reintroduced to the rebaling system.

AUTOMATIC INFEED TIPPER, AND APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING AUTOMATIC INFEED TIPPER
Disclosed herein are an automatic infeed tipper and an apparatus and method for controlling the automatic infeed tipper. The apparatus for controlling an automatic infeed tipper includes an article infeed control unit for allowing a pallet loaded with multiple articles to be installed on the tipper and controlling an angle of the tipper so that the articles loaded onto the pallet are fed into a conveyor unit, and a conveyor control unit for sequentially driving a transport conveyor belt and a plurality of tipper-use conveyor belts, which are provided in the conveyor unit, so as to disperse the articles fed into the conveyor unit.
PALLETIZING SYSTEM FOR LOADING ARTICLES ON PALLET
A palletizing system capable of conserving space in an area for buffer conveyors. The palletizing system includes a supply conveyor for conveying a first type of article and a second type of article, a type detection sensor for detecting the type of the article, a first buffer conveyor for conveying the first type of article, a second buffer conveyor for conveying the second type of article, which is disposed above the first buffer conveyor, a sorting robot which places the first type of article on the first buffer conveyor and which places the second type of article on the second buffer conveyor, and a loading robot which removes articles from the first buffer conveyor and the second buffer conveyor, to load the articles on a pallet.
High-rhythm and high-precision 90-degree turnover method
A high-rhythm and high-precision 90-degree turnover method including: changing materials; turning a prong over and waiting; driving a first drum conveyor line to move leftward to a turnover station; adjusting front and rear positions of the first drum conveyor line as a whole to make a stacked assembly aligned with a center line of the wooden pallet; driving a first drum conveyor line to move leftward to make a left surface of the stacked assembly abut against a surface of the wooden pallet; driving a prong group to move upward to a second height position to support the stacked assembly; and driving a third support to turn over by 90 degrees reversely to make a second drum conveyor line turned over to a horizontal state.

MID-SIZE OR BIG BALE STACK BED WAGON AND BALE LOADER ARM ASSEMBLY
An improved stack bed wagon is provided for pickup of one or more mid-size or big bales in an agricultural field for transport that simultaneously tilts and rotates a longitudinal bale 90 degrees upwardly and transversely over, adjacent, and along the forward upper edge of a stack bed for pushback onto the stack bed for transport or for consolidation with one or more similar bales in a single layer stack load on the stack bed that can be offloaded from the wagon to the field for later pickup and movement or that can be used for transport of the stack load for deposit in a different place or that can be used for the retrieval of a stack load from a field, ground, or storage surface.

APPARATUS FOR HANDING AND MOVING A STACK OF TIRES
A rotary apparatus or machine that takes or receives a barrel stack of mounted tires in the vertical position (i.e., barrel stacked), and rotates the stack as a whole to a horizontal position, where each unit or tire is an upright position. The tires can then be rolled off individually or in multiple units to be installed on the equipment being built, or transported from the tire holding area to the assembly floor or installation area.
Automated cell for performing container control during a process of picking rubber blocks
The invention relates to an automated cell (100) for handling containers in which rubber blocks are arranged. The cell includes: a frame that allows the fixed installation of the cell; an automatic centering system having a guiding means that allows precise positioning of a loaded container in a loading space (112) of the cell; a clamping system having a holding means that maintains the positioning of the loaded container in the loading space of the cell; and a locking system having a locking means that maintains the positioning of the container in the loading space of the cell.
