Systems and Methods for Horizontal Wafer Packaging

Systems and methods to manipulate stacks of silicon wafers and rings are described. In one aspect, a robotic actuator includes a robotic end effector that further a first surface having multiple attached wafer suction cups arranged to collectively grasp a silicon wafer. The robotic end effector also includes a second surface that further includes multiple attached ring suction cups arranged to collectively grasp a ring. The second surface also includes a bulk grabber positionable to grasp a collective stack of rings. The robotic actuator also includes an axial actuator configured to rotate the robotic end effector about a flip axis, such that either the first surface or the second surface faces vertically upwards.

PACKAGE FOR STORING AND DISPENSING FOOD PRODUCTS, AND METHOD OF USING THEREOF

A food product package for storing and dispensing food products. The food product package comprises a container including a bottom wall and a continuous sidewall extending from the bottom wall and connected to the bottom wall so as to form a storage cavity within the container, a plurality of food products disposed within the storage cavity, a single strip interleaving the food products, and a peelable top film bonded onto the continuous sidewall of the container thereby to seal the storage cavity within the container. The peelable top film peelable off the continuous sidewall of the container so as to open the storage cavity and provide access to the food products disposed within the container.

A fuel cell separator conveying device that ensures reducing dirt adhesion on a sealing surface of a stacked fuel cell separator using a protection sheet and reducing the protection sheet being left adhered when the fuel cell separator is conveyed is provided. The fuel cell separator conveying device that lifts up and conveys the fuel cell separator placed on the protection sheet includes a grasping portion that grasps the fuel cell separator by a suction force, a moving unit that moves the grasping portion in a lift-up direction of the fuel cell separator, and an air blowing portion that applies a downward force in an opposite direction of the lift-up direction of the fuel cell separator to the protection sheet through an opening of the fuel cell separator when the moving unit moves the grasping portion.

De-stacking device for de-stacking layers of transport pallets with or without intermediary layers

A de-stacking device for layer de-stacking stacking layers from standard transport pallets which include a multi-layer stack of stacking layers arranged on top of each other, wherein an optional bending stiff spacer is arranged under each of the stacking layers, wherein the stacking layers are formed by a plurality of stable standing transport goods that are stackable and arranged adjacent to each other, the de-stacking device including a placement and separation table for a respective stacking layer that is removed from the stack of the transport pallet and includes or does not include the optional spacer; a transfer device for transferring the respective stacking layer that includes or does not include the optional spacer from the stack of the transport pallet onto the placement and separation table, wherein the placement and separation table includes a fixation device for the optional spacer.

Device for at least emptying a transport container

A device for at least emptying a transport container having a stack of plate-shaped items, including semiconductor wafers and/or packaging material, includes at least one measuring device and a holder at least part of which can travel into the transport container. The holder has a holding surface, a number of holding nozzles for at least holding an item in the stack, and, in the region of the holding surface, at least one recess for the measuring device for acquiring measurement data from the item in the stack. At least one separating nozzle is arranged on the holder outside the holding surface such that the nozzle(s) can move between rest and separating positions. In the separating position, a gas stream directed towards the end face of the stack is formed, to release at least one item in the stack that is adhered to the item held by the holder.

Intelligent robotized depalletizer

A layer destacking system, for destacking a layer from a stacked layer pallet load, including a layer seating platform configured so as to seat the destacked layer on the layer seating platform, a slip sheet detection sensor arranged to sense a slip sheet in contact with the seated destacked layer, a slip sheet pickup removal mechanism, and a controller that receives a signal from the slip sheet detection sensor identifying presence of the slip sheet. The controller is operably connected to the slip sheet pickup removal mechanism so as to actuate the slip sheet pickup removal mechanism effecting discharge of the slip sheet off the layer seating platform.
