This application provides a material conveying method and device, applicable to an unloading device including a robot and a conveyor. The robot includes at least one goods taking or placing apparatus and at least two first storage layers, and the conveyor includes a to-be-placed goods conveying layer and a to-be-taken goods conveying layer arranged in parallel from up to down. According to this application, the goods taking or placing apparatus is controlled to move in a direction perpendicular to the to-be-placed goods conveying layer and the to-be-taken goods conveying layer. When a material obtained from the to-be-taken goods conveying layer exists on the goods taking or placing apparatus, the goods taking or placing apparatus is controlled to place the material on an unoccupied storage layer reached by the goods taking or placing apparatus for the first time during the movement.

The securing arrangement is configured to engage and deflect about an egg such that the egg is seated within the securing arrangement for lifting thereof. A plurality of egg lifting devices is arranged on an egg removal system such that multiple eggs are capable of being removed from an egg flat. Associated systems and methods are also provided.

A loading device for lifting an elongated object having an elongate axis includes a frame having a first fulcrum surface and a second fulcrum surface, a first effector arm that pivots about the first fulcrum surface, a second effector arm that pivots about the second fulcrum surface, and an actuator moving the first effector arm and the second effector arm between a retracted position and a deployed position.

A loading device for lifting an elongated object having an elongate axis includes a frame having a first fulcrum surface and a second fulcrum surface, a first effector arm that pivots about the first fulcrum surface, a second effector arm that pivots about the second fulcrum surface, and an actuator moving the first effector arm and the second effector arm between a retracted position and a deployed position.

A transport vehicle includes a container for receiving bulk material which is disposed on a vehicle frame and is pivoted, together with a bottom conveyor belt and a third conveyor belt, relative to the vehicle frame about a pivot axis extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle in order to maintain a horizontal conveying plane, relative to a transverse direction of the vehicle, for the bottom conveyor belt and the third conveyor belt, independently of a transverse inclination of the track. Thus, a problem-free bulk material transport is possible even in the event of a transverse inclination of the track. A method of loading and unloading a transport vehicle which is mobile on a track is also provided.

Disclosed is an accumulation device, for accumulating products conveyed within an industrial treatment line, including a set of horizontal trays, arranged in a tray zone as a vertical stack, further including a manipulator, such as a robot, for transferring products between a substantially horizontal closed belt type conveyor and the uppermost tray of the bottom portion of the stack. The trays are movable in the vertical direction, at least in order to bring at a predetermined height the tray to be loaded or unloaded. Also disclosed is a corresponding conveying installation and method.

Disclosed is an accumulation device, for accumulating products conveyed within an industrial treatment line, including a set of horizontal trays, arranged in a tray zone as a vertical stack, further including a manipulator, such as a robot, for transferring products between a substantially horizontal closed belt type conveyor and the uppermost tray of the bottom portion of the stack. A package receiving and storage apparatus includes a takeoff and landing section; a package receiving section; a storage section; a retrieval section at which the first package stored in the storage section is retrievable; a transport device configured to transport the package between the package receiving section, the storage section, and the retrieval section; and a gas spray device installed at the package receiving section or in a package transport path extending from the package receiving section to the storage section, and configured to spray a gas onto the first package to remove foreign matter adhering to the first package.
