Input module and method for feeding value documents to a value-document processing apparatus and system for processing value documents

An input module and a corresponding method involve feeding value documents to at least one value-document processing apparatus having a removal device for removing value documents from a first container located in a removal position and feeding the removed value documents to the value-document processing apparatus, an output device for receiving at least one container in an output position in which the container can be removed, and a conveying device for conveying the container within the input module. The input module and system have a simple and compact construction, and employ a simple procedure for feeding value documents to a value-document processing apparatus.

Clothes folding device

A clothes folding device includes a loading assembly which pushes in the clothes and seats the clothes on a loading conveyor for transportation, a folding assembly which transports the clothes forward or backward and performs the folding of the clothes, an unloading assembly which is provided below the folding assembly and loads the clothes discharged from the folding assembly. The unloading assembly includes an upper unloading layer where the clothes finally folded by the folding assembly is primarily dropped and seated and which includes an unloading conveyor, a rotation drive unit that rotates the unloading conveyor, an upper front-rear drive unit which moves the upper unloading layer in a forward and backward direction, a lower unloading layer where the clothes seated on the upper unloading layer are secondarily dropped and seated, and an up and down drive unit which moves the lower unloading layer in an up or down direction.

Disclosed is a robotic system including a telescoping transport conveyor with an automated unloader attached. The automated unloader includes a loading conveyor with at least two articulated robots attached to the first loading conveyor end. The automated unloader includes a control system with logic controlling the unloading of material to be handled from a transport container onto the telescoping transport conveyor, and thence to an automated palletizing system, where materials are loaded on pallets and supported by a pallet sleeve during storage or during transport to a stabilization system where pallet loads are stretch wrapped. Further disclosed are methods for controlling and operating the same to fully automate product unloading, handling, and distribution throughout a material handling facility.
