ACOUSTIC SEPARATING APPARATUS
An apparatus for separating parts during a manufacturing process comprises a sound generating apparatus (19) for generating sound waves and a support (12) constituting a separating surface (14) and mechanically decoupled from the sound generating apparatus, said support being arranged and configured such that the sound waves emitted by the sound generating apparatus (19) move at least a portion of the separating surface (14) such that parts (16) resting thereon are excited such that they move. A corresponding method is also provided.
COMMODITY CART WITH IMPROVED LOADING POSITIONING
A commodity cart includes at least one storage tank and a transfer arm having a product chute, a tube portion coupled to the product chute. The tube portion ends in a product outlet. A hydraulic system is coupled to the transfer arm and configured to move the transfer arm to a product loading position wherein the product chute is positioned at a location on the ground. A controller is configured to determine a desired fill vehicle position and generate an indication of the desired fill vehicle position.
TRACKED RADIAL STACKER WITH WHEELS
A tracked, portable radial stacker for stockpiling bulk material is provided. It includes a linear conveyor having a rear portion and a front portion and being designed to carry bulk material from a low position adjacent the rear portion to a higher position adjacent the front portion. A continuous track system is provided which includes a frame to which the conveyor is mounted, the track system including a pair of driven, parallel tracks designed to contact the ground to convey the stacker from one position to another, and to be lifted off the ground when desired. A pair of wheels are mounted to the frame, the wheels being moveable between a raised position in which they do not contact the ground and a lowered position in which they lift the tracks off the ground as they engage the ground, enabling the conveyor to be moved about the ground on the wheels.
Apparatus for loading and leveling material into a container
A material handling system is provided that allows for the even distribution and increased fill percent of a container without the need for personnel to manually even out the distribution of the material, and contains and protects material from the environment. The system deposits and levels material into an open-top container, and may include a leveler comprising a cover, a screw coupled to the cover, and a trough. The screw may be a shafted screw and the trough may be a bottomless trough. A hydraulic piston may be coupled to the cover and a support structure may both support and move the cover of the leveler.
GRAIN SPREADER FOR LOADING GRAIN BIN
A method and apparatus to facilitate the loading of a grain bin such that the level in the grain bin increases generally uniformly and the distribution of grain size in the grain bin is generally uniform as well. The method includes redirecting the flow of the grain from the conveyer as it flows into the grain bin. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes an adjustable leveling band for redirecting the grain uniformly to a plurality of radially extending chutes. In one embodiment, the angle of the chutes can also be easily adjusted.
Tracked radial stacker with wheels
A tracked, portable radial stacker for stockpiling bulk material may be provided that includes a linear conveyor having a rear portion and a front portion and being designed to carry bulk material from a lower position adjacent the rear portion to a raised position adjacent the front portion. A continuous track system may also be included, having a frame to which the conveyor is mounted, the track system including a pair of driven, parallel tracks. A pair of wheels can be mounted to the frame, the wheels being displaceable between a raised lateral position in which they do not contact the ground and a first lowered position in which they are laterally disposed and engage the ground to facilitate lateral conveyance of the conveyor, the pair of wheels also being rotatably mounted to the frame such that they can swivel at least 90 degrees to a raised longitudinal position and can be lowered to a second lowered position in which they are longitudinally disposed and engage the ground to facilitate longitudinal conveyance of the conveyor. Wheel displacement means may also be included for powering the pair of wheels from the raised lateral position to the first lowered position, the wheel displacement means also powering the wheels when in the first lowered position to lift the tracks off the ground to permit the conveyor to be conveyed in a lateral direction, the wheel displacement means also powering the pair of wheels from the raised longitudinal position to the second lowered position, the wheel displacement means also powering the wheels when in the second lowered position to lift the tracks off the ground to permit the conveyor to be conveyed in a longitudinal direction.
TRIM CHUTE
A trim chute for a loading apparatus for loading particulate material into a container, the trim chute being configured to be engaged with the loading apparatus to direct particulate material into the container, the trim chute being moveable with respect to the loading apparatus during loading, movement of the trim chute effecting a change in flow of the particulate material into the container.
Configurations of inlet and outlets of air filled auxiliary tank of air seeders
A system for replenishing the supply of a particulate agricultural product in the tank of an air cart. A mixture of air and product comes out of a venturi delivery system and enters in a multiplicity of inlet hoses. Then the product enters into inlet tubes of various lengths and release angles from which product particles are gently spread strategically forming a pile that is more or less horizontal to ensure even feeding of meters during dispensing operations. Then the air exits through one or more fine screens to avoid product escaping as well and is conveyed through the exhaust hoses until reaching an air diffuser. The air diffuser has a series of varying size holes or louvers at the bottom so the air can come out at a uniform low velocity which minimizes any discomfort to nearby operators.
