FUGITIVE EMISSION-SUPPRESSANT AND NON-CORROSIVE AGENT, FUGITIVE EMISSION REDUCTION PROCESS, COMPOSITION, AGENT USE AND PARTICULATE PRODUCT
The present invention concerns a composition for suppressing formation and transmission of dust particles. Such de-dusting of particulate products has benefits in health and safety as well as preventing corrosive effects of dust particles. The composition comprises high quality glycerin substantially free of chloride and sulfate salts. Further uses for the compositions described herein are also provided.
Dry material delivery system for dry bulk containers
A dry material delivery system adapted for unloading dry bulk material from a container. The system includes a dust collector unit and a main vacuum line connected to the dust collector unit. The vacuum line is attached to a vacuum source to pull a vacuum on the dust collector unit. The system includes a discharge unit attached to the container such that the discharge unit is movable. There is a connection between the dust collector unit and the discharge unit such that the applied vacuum by the main vacuum line causes suction to pull dust from the discharge unit. The system includes a product hose connected to the discharge unit that is also attached to a product discharge of the container to allow flow of dry bulk material from the container to the discharge unit.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PREPARING DRY PROCESS MATERIALS AND REDUCING RESPIRABLE DUST
A system for preparing a dry process material includes a sealed container that holds and seals the dry process material therein and prevents airborne dust or particles from the dry process material from escaping the sealed container. Sealed processing equipment receives the dry process material from the sealed container and prevents the airborne dust or particles from escaping the sealed processing equipment. A sealed connection sealingly couples the sealed container to the sealed processing equipment and prevents the airborne dust or particles from escaping while transferring the dry process material. A sealed transfer conduit is sealingly coupled to and extends from the sealed processing equipment.
DUST-FREE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PANEL
A method for manufacturing a panel and a dust-free system for manufacturing a panel are provided. The method includes several operations. A first operation on a substrate in a first machine station is performed. A second operation on the substrate in a second machine station is performed. The substrate is transferred between the first machine station and the second machine station, wherein the substrate is transferred in a mini-environment by a panel carrier.
Conveyor with integrated dust collector system
Embodiments of the present disclosure a system for capturing proppant dust particles when positioned at a fracking operation site including a proppant delivery assembly to receive one or more containers having proppant stored therein. The system dispenses the proppant from the one or more containers and delivers the proppant to other fracking operation equipment. Moreover, the system includes a dust collection assembly positioned proximate and associated with the proppant delivery assembly to capture dust particles released by movement and settling of the proppant when being dispensed and delivered by the proppant delivery assembly. The dust collection assembly is positioned to direct an air flow in a flow path overlying the dust particles to capture the dust particles and move the dust particles away from the proppant thereby reducing risk of dust exposure to fracking operation site personnel.
CONVEYING A MATERIAL TO BE CONVEYED
A conveyor system (1) for the continuous or discontinuous conveyance of a reactive and/or hot and/or abrasive material to be conveyed along a conveyor path includes a system housing (3) enclosing the conveyor path, which has at least one fluid inlet (5) for the introduction of fluid into the system housing (3), at least one fluid outlet (7, 9) for the discharge of fluid out of the system housing (3), a charging inlet (4) for introducing material to be conveyed into the system housing (3), and, apart from the at least one fluid inlet (5), the at least one fluid outlet (7, 9) and the charging inlet (4), are implemented in a technically fluid-tight manner.
Truck dumper dust control
A truck dumper including a material receiving hopper, a tilt table configured to dump a load from the truck or truck trailer into the material receiving hopper. The invention includes a stilling shed positioned above the material receiving hopper and at least one curtain baffle suspended below the roof of the stilling shed. The curtain baffles are positioned such that there is a gap located near the roof and an upper margin of the at least one curtain baffle through which air can flow. The invention further includes an air exhaust structure configured to exhaust dust laden air from the interior of the stilling shed.
Dust filtration unit
A dust filtration unit for a frac sand storage bin and a method for using the same is disclosed. The dust filtration unit includes an adapter base adapted for attachment to an opened inspection hatch on the sand storage bin, a diffuser manifold attached to the adapter base, and a top plate of the diffuser manifold defining a plurality of filter bag orifices. Each of a plurality of filter bags is releasably attached to one of the plurality of filter bag orifices. In a non-limiting embodiment, the dust filtration unit further includes a hinge between the adapter base and the diffuser manifold, wherein the hinge rotatably attaches the adapter base to the diffuser manifold.
