METHODS AND SYSTEMS TO TRANSFER PROPPANT FOR FRACKING WITH REDUCED RISK OF PRODUCTION AND RELEASE OF SILICA DUST AT A WELL SITE
Embodiments of methods and systems of transferring proppant for fracking to reduce risk of production and release of silica dust at a well site are provided. An embodiment of a method can include positioning a plurality of containers each having proppant for fracking contained therein onto a conveyor at a well site, downwardly discharging proppant from each respective container of the plurality of containers, funneling proppant from the one or more outlets of each of the plurality of containers through a plurality of conveyor hoppers, receiving proppant onto the conveyor belt, conveying proppant on the conveyor to a chute, and depositing the proppant into the chute for use in a blender or other location at the well site.

Conveyor with integrated dust collector system
Embodiments of the present disclosure a system for capturing proppant dust particles when positioned at a fracking operation site including a proppant delivery assembly to receive one or more containers having proppant stored therein. The system dispenses the proppant from the one or more containers and delivers the proppant to other fracking operation equipment. Moreover, the system includes a dust collection assembly positioned proximate and associated with the proppant delivery assembly to capture dust particles released by movement and settling of the proppant when being dispensed and delivered by the proppant delivery assembly. The dust collection assembly is positioned to direct an air flow in a flow path overlying the dust particles to capture the dust particles and move the dust particles away from the proppant thereby reducing risk of dust exposure to fracking operation site personnel.
Proppant delivery system and related method
A delivery system for feeding particulate matter to a target location at a well site, including a transportable conveyor belt assembly; one or more silos in fluid communication with a particulate supply line, each of the silo inlets extending through a side wall of the respective silo and disposed at a different location from the others along a longitudinal axis of the respective silo; and for each silo an enclosed chute detachably attachable thereto so as to receive into the chute particulate matter gravity fed out of the respective silo and convey such matter into the housing of the conveyor belt assembly. The silos, the chutes and the housing enclose the particulate matter as it passes from the silos through the chutes and conveyor belt assembly to the target location, to inhibit the release of dust generated from movement of the particulate matter from the silos to the target location.

Valve and sealed container for submicron particles, and method for using same
A container with improved sealing, for improved security in the event of loading, transporting and/or unloading submicron particles, in particular nanopowder/nanoparticles, includes a connector for injecting liquid and/or gas. Such a container can also contain at least one inflatable seal (40) valve (3; 4). The container is provided with elements for changing the physical state of the material by heating, mixing or ultrasound bombardment. A method for using the container and an inflatable seal valve are also described.

CONVEYOR SLED ASSEMBLY
A conveyor sled assembly is utilized to supply proppant in support of oilfield hydraulic fracturing operations. The conveyor sled assembly includes precisely positioned components where tolerances between components are so small as to prevent significant spillage at component junction boundaries. This manner of fitting proppant pods onto the conveyor sled assembly increases predictability of which pods will discharge their proppant load first. This enhances reliability of the overall proppant delivery system.
