SEAL APPARATUS FOR DOCK LEVELERS
Seal apparatus for dock levelers are disclosed. An example seal apparatus includes a compressible core defining a cavity, a cover to engage at portion of an outer surface of the compressible core, and a mounting bracket, the compressible core and the cover to couple to the mounting bracket.
METHOD, SYSTEM AND RELATED DEVICE OF IMPLEMENTING VEHICLE AUTOMATIC LOADING AND UNLOADING
The invention discloses a method, system and related device of implementing vehicle automatic loading and unloading, so as to achieve the automatic loading and unloading of the unmanned vehicle. The method includes: controlling, by a vehicle controller, a vehicle to drive automatically and stop at a loading and unloading position; obtaining, by a loading and unloading control apparatus corresponding to the loading and unloading position, vehicle identification information of the vehicle; verifying the vehicle identification information and controlling a loading and unloading machine to load and unload when the verification succeeds; sending a loading and unloading completion indication to the vehicle controller after the loading and unloading is completed; and controlling, by the vehicle controller, the vehicle to leave the loading and unloading position when receiving the loading and unloading completion indication.
DOCK LEVELER
A dock leveler that fits within the pit of a loading dock. The dock leveler may have a rear leg bracket including a plurality of legs. The legs may be couplable to a bottom surface of the leg bracket and to a rear wall of the pit and may have a bottom portion attached to the bottom surface of the pit. The dock leveler may have a deck with a rear portion disposed adjacent the rear wall and supported by the rear leg bracket. The deck may be horizontal when in a stowed position. The dock leveler may also include a lift arm assembly extending from the bottom surface of the deck to the bottom surface of the pit and moveable along the bottom surface of the pit. The lift arm assembly may have a bottom portion movable independent of structure at the bottom portion of the plurality of legs.
DOCK LEVELER WITH DECK HINGE
A dock leveler with a deck hinge shaped to fit in the pit of a loading dock. The dock leveler may have a rear leg bracket including a plurality of legs couplable to a bottom surface and a rear wall of the pit. The leg bracket may be positioned directly adjacent the rear wall and may include a plurality of brackets having an upwardly facing opening configured to receive a cylindrical shaft. The dock leveler may also comprise a deck that may have a rear portion shaped to fit over the cylindrical shaft and located adjacent the rear wall. The cylindrical shaft may be sized to fit within the plurality of brackets such that the rear portion of the deck and the shaft may be disposed directly above the legs of the leg bracket.
DOCK LEVELER WITH LIP HINGE
A dock leveler with a lip hinge. The dock leveler may include a lip that may be disposed at a front portion of a deck. The deck and the lip may be connected via a joint to allow the lip to pivot relative to the deck. The joint may comprise a C-shaped shaft coupled to one of the lip and the deck. The C-shaped shaft may have a hollow interior and a radial opening to the hollow interior, the opening being less than 180 degrees. The joint may further comprise a pivot bar coupled to either the deck or the lip. The pivot bar may be pivotably disposed in the hollow interior of the C-shaped shaft in a manner allowing the lip to pivot relative to the deck between a down position and an up position.
DOCK LEVELER WITH SUPPORTED DECK HINGE
A dock leveler for a loading dock. In some embodiments, the dock leveler may include a leg, a deck hinge bracket coupled to a top portion of the leg, a first stock plate coupled to the deck hinge bracket, and a deck hinge shaft coupled to the first stock plate. The first stock plate may extend upward from the deck hinge bracket and may extend along at least a portion of the length of the deck hinge bracket
DOCK LEVELER WITH LEG BRACKET ASSEMBLY
A dock leveler that fits within a loading dock. In some embodiments, the dock leveler may include a leg bracket assembly couplable to a back wall of the dock and a deck. The leg bracket assembly may include a deck hinge shaft. The deck may include a deck platform having a back end and a front end and a beam coupled to a bottom surface of the deck platform. The deck may include a C-shaped profile, a first end coupled to the bottom surface of the deck platform proximate to the back end, and a second end coupled to the bottom surface of the deck platform proximate to the front end. The first end of the beam may include an extension having a cutout shaped to fit around the deck hinge shaft
Remote loading dock authorization systems and methods
Systems and methods for monitoring components of a loading dock station that implement a remote monitoring and authorization system are disclosed. The systems and methods can provide information regarding the status of various components of the loading dock station to a remote monitoring and authorization control unit, where a supervisor or the like is capable of reviewing real time information regarding the status of the components and progress through and adherence to a workflow protocol. The systems and methods can also provide for authorization requests to be sent to the remote monitoring and authorization control unit, such as requests to override certain components of the docking station. The user at the remote monitoring and authorization control unit can then grant or deny requests based on status information and other data provided at the remote monitoring and authorization control unit.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AUTOMATICALLY CONTROLLING LOADING DOCK EQUIPMENT
Systems and methods for automatically controlling loading dock equipment, such as in response to a trailer approaching and docking at a docking station, are disclosed. The systems and methods can provide scanning devices and scanning operations which assist with, for example, properly aligning a trailer at a docking station and/or checking an interior area in front of the dock door for obstructions. The systems and methods can also transmit messages between components of the system and/or to users of the system regarding the status of components of the systems and/or the status of the overall docking process.
RAMP DEVICE FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING VEHICLES
A ramp is configured to allow a vehicular machine to move from a ground surface to an elevated surface of a transport vehicle. The ramp has a length along a longitudinal direction and includes a first portion, a first web, and a second portion. The first portion includes a first rail and a second rail, each of the first and second rails being oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction. The first web is positioned on the first portion and includes a first array of raised members arranged so that a first plurality of longitudinal travel paths are defined on the first web between at least some of the raised members of the first array. The second portion is connected to the second rail at a first hinge. The second portion includes a third rail and a fourth rail.
