TANK WITH COMPARTMENTS AND AN AIR PIPING SYSTEM FOR EQUALIZING AIR PRESSURE IN THE COMPARTMENTS
A tank and a method of carrying a load and discharging a load therefrom. The tank includes a tank assembly having a first wall that bounds and defines a first compartment for carrying a load therein and a second wall spaced outwardly from at least a portion of the first wall; wherein a second compartment is defined between the first wall and the second wall. The tank assembly includes an air piping system that is selectively actuated to place the first compartment and the second compartment under a substantially similar or substantially equal air pressure. In one example the air piping system pumps air into the first compartment and the second compartment. In another example the air piping system evacuates air from the first and second compartments.
METHOD OF LOADING MATERIALS INTO A TANK
A tank and a method of holding a load and discharging a load therefrom. The tank includes a body having a first wall that bounds and defines a first compartment for holding a load therein and a second wall spaced outwardly from at least a portion of the first wall; wherein a second compartment is defined between the first wall and the second wall. The tank assembly includes an air piping system that is selectively actuated to place the first compartment and the second compartment under substantially similar or substantially equal air pressure. In one example the air piping system pumps air into the first compartment and the second compartment. In another example the air piping system evacuates air from the first and second compartments.
TANK HAVING AN AIR PIPING SYSTEM
A tank and a method of carrying a load and discharging a load therefrom. The tank includes a body having a first wall that bounds and defines a first compartment for carrying a load therein and a second wall spaced outwardly from at least a portion of the first wall; wherein a second compartment is defined between the first wall and the second wall. In one example the air piping system pumps air into the first compartment and the second compartment. In another example the air piping system evacuates air from the first and second compartments.
METHOD OF UNLOADING MATERIALS FROM A TANK
A tank and a method of carrying a load and discharging a load therefrom. The tank includes a tank having a first wall that bounds and defines a first compartment for carrying a load therein and a second wall spaced outwardly from at least a portion of the first wall; wherein a second compartment is defined between the first wall and the second wall. In one example the air piping system pumps air into the first compartment and the second compartment. In another example the air piping system evacuates air from the first and second compartments.
FEEDER UNIT FOR DIRECT, LOW LEAKAGE ATTACHMENT TO DRY MATERIAL BUCKET
A feeder assembly includes a feeder unit and an open top portable storage vessel defining an interior chamber. The feeder unit includes a feeder and a coupler securing the feeder to the vessel. The feeder defines a feed opening in communication with the interior chamber. The feeder includes a conveyance assembly in communication with the feed opening. The coupler is selectively secured to the feeder and independently selectively secured to the vessel, such that the coupler selectively secures the feeder to the vessel. The feeder unit facilitates dispensation of a material from the vessel. The method includes the steps of securing the vessel to the feeder, such that the feed opening is in communication with the interior chamber through the open top; collectively inverting the vessel and the feeder; and operating the feeder such that material from the vessel is dispensed by the feeder.
Vibratory apparatus with electro-mechanical sensor
A vibratory apparatus includes a deck, an electro-mechanical sensor and at least one vibratory exciter. The deck has an upper surface configured to receive items to be conveyed in at least a first direction along a longitudinal axis from a first deck end to a second deck end. The electro-mechanical sensor includes a wheel disposed above the upper surface of the deck, the wheel being rotatable about a wheel axis disposed transverse to the longitudinal axis, and an electronic sensor associated with the wheel, the electronic sensor configured to generate a signal representative of the revolutions per unit time of the wheel. The at least one vibratory exciter is attached to the deck and is configured to move the material along the deck.
Loading device and pylon for a loading device
The invention relates to a loading device, wherein the loading device comprises a gantry (6) and a platform (5) which is mounted on the gantry (6). A pylon (1) is arranged at a base point (7) on the platform (5). A jib extends out from the pylon (1). The pylon (1) can be rotatably connected to the platform (5). The platform (5) defines a vertical axis (8) which extends in the vertical direction and runs through the base point (7). The pylon (1) is curved in a region adjoining the platform (5) and intersects the vertical axis (8) at an angle (a). The invention further comprises a pylon (1) for a loading device.
SEASONING PROVISION DEVICE, SEASONING PROVISION METHOD AND SEASONING PROVISION MANAGEMENT DEVICE
A seasoning provision device according to the present invention comprises: a work unit provided to acquire the weight of a food material to be loaded thereon; a seasoning provision unit provided to form a semi-finished product by providing seasoning of a seasoning serving amount, which is a predetermined weight, to the food material loaded on the work unit; and a processor electrically connected to the work unit and the seasoning provision unit, wherein the processor controls the seasoning provision unit so that seasoning is provided according to the seasoning serving amount determined on the basis of the weight of the food material acquired by the work unit.
BULK FEEDER AND PARTS SUPPLY CONTROL SYSTEM
A bulk feeder includes a feeder main body, a track member provided vibratably with respect to the feeder main body and formed with a conveyance path through which multiple components are conveyed, an excitation device configured to apply vibration to the track member so that the multiple components are conveyed along the conveyance path, and a vibration sensor configured to detect a vibration value indicating a vibration state of the track member that vibrates by the excitation of the excitation device.
BULK FEEDER
A bulk feeder includes a feeder main body, a receiving member provided on the feeder main body and formed with a receiving region configured to receive a component discharged from a component case accommodating multiple components, a track member provided to be vibratable with respect to the feeder main body and formed with a conveyance path through which the multiple components are conveyed and a supply region that communicates with the conveyance path and opens upward to collect the multiple components, an excitation device configured to apply vibration to the track member so that the multiple components are conveyed along the conveyance path, and a connection member having flexibility and configured to connect between the receiving region and the conveyance path so that the multiple components flows through.
