Crop input supply system, methods and apparatus
A crop input transfer system for transferring a crop input to an implement tank supported on an implement dispensing the crop input, the crop input transfer system includes a mobile supply vehicle powered independent of the implement. The mobile supply vehicle has a boom and a supply tank holding a crop input supply. The crop transfer system includes a coupler with a first coupler portion that matingly couples with a second coupler portion. The first coupler portion is mounted to the boom and the second coupler portion is mounted to the implement. The crop input supply in the supply tank is communicated to implement tank via the matingly coupled first and second coupler portions.
Bulk container unload
An inventory-handling system can receive inventory containers filled with inventory items. The inventory containers can be received between guides and advanced through the inventory-handling system. The guides can be curved to rotate the inventory containers being advanced through the inventory-handling system. The inventory containers can be rotated from an upright orientation to an inverted orientation for emptying the inventory items.
VIBRATION FEEDER DEVICE AND METHOD FOR VIBRATION FEEDING OF BULK MATERIAL
The present disclosure relates to a method for vibration feeding of bulk material and a vibration feeder device provided for such purposes, comprising a material feed, a charging hopper including a hopper discharge, a feeder tray, a height adjustment means for adjusting a level height between the hopper discharge and the feeder tray, and a vibration driver for driving the feeder tray at an oscillation amplitude and an oscillation frequency, where a target material throughput and material specific parameters of the bulk material are input, initial parameters for the level height, oscillation amplitude and oscillation frequency are determined from these inputs, and subsequently the level height is adjusted by controlling the height adjustment means.
Transport device and sheet manufacturing apparatus
A transport device includes a transport pipe for transporting a material to be transported having at least one of a sheet piece, a fiber, and a powder, and a blower for generating an air flow in the transport pipe, the transport device transports the material to be transported by the air flow, in which the transport pipe has an introduction port into which the material to be transported is introduced, the air flow has a velocity difference in a direction orthogonal to a direction of the air flow in the transport pipe, and the introduction port is provided on a side where a velocity of the air flow is lower.
Distribution Apparatus
The invention relates to a machine for handling waste material, the machine comprising an upper conveyor member with a conveying portion of a first width, a downstream lower conveyor member with a receiving portion of equal or greater width and an apparatus for distributing material from the upper conveyor member to the downstream lower conveyor member, wherein the apparatus comprises oscillating means, a drive mechanism connected to the oscillating means; and a protruding element attached to the oscillating means for oscillatory movement thereof, wherein the protruding element is a reciprocating attachment adapted to oscillate in a direction transverse to the direction in which it extends, wherein the apparatus is mountable between the conveying portion of the upper conveyor member and the receiving portion of the downstream lower conveyor member such that the protruding element extends substantially in the direction of conveyance of the downstream conveyor member; and wherein in use the osciallating protruding element agitates material being transferred from the upper conveyor member to the downstream lower conveyor member.
Auger conveyor for removing unwanted contaminants from a granular material
An auger conveyor for transferring, from a first location, a mixed material including granular material and unwanted particulate contaminants, to a second location, the granular material substantially free of the unwanted particulate contaminants, comprising a housing in which there is rotatably supported a conveying member in the form of an auger or screw. A portion of the housing is perforated to provide a tubular screen, and the conveying member includes projecting agitation tabs along a length thereof which is coincident with the perforated portion of the housing, to propel the mixed material in the housing towards the screen so as to urge the unwanted particulate contaminants out of the housing leaving the granular material therein for conveyance to the outlet.
Device for transporting solids
A device (10) for transporting solids that comprises—a support frame (11), —an auger (15) connected to the support frame (11) rotatably about an axis of rotation, —a motor unit (30) configured to activate in rotation the auger (15) that comprises an output shaft (321) being rotatable about an axis of revolution (B), characterized in that the axis of revolution (B) of the output shaft (321) is parallel and eccentric to the axis of rotation (A) of the auger (15).
Conveyor mold system for slip forming a concrete barrier
A conveyor mold system for slip forming a concrete barrier has a concrete paving machine having a main frame having machine legs and machine tracks, an auger system for receiving concrete, a barrier paving mold having a hopper for receiving concrete from the auger system, a conveyor assembly main frame having a front roller and a rear roller, and a belt having a pattern with the belt positioned on the front roller and the rear roller.
ORGANIC MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEM
A modular system and method for improving the receiving, processing, storing, and transloading of bulk materials such as organic waste. A system includes at least a receiving module to receive material, a storage module, a discharge module, and a control system. Systems can be adapted with additional modules, such as processing modules and transfer modules, depending on the site and materials to be handled. The storage module has a levelling component for levelling out the organic material stored therein, and a removal component for discharging the organic material. A control system interfaces with the modular components and local operators, and provides remote reporting and monitoring.
SUCTION GUN AND MATERIAL SUCTION DEVICE
A suction gun includes a gun head is provided with a material suction port configured to suck a material located in an area for sucking, and an air blowing structure including an air blowing pipe and an air blowing hole provided on a pipe wall of the air blowing pipe. The air blowing hole is configured to blow an air flow so as to blow the material to the material suction port.
