Transport device for conveying products
The transport device for conveying products comprises at least one pair of movable slides and an endless guide rail for guiding the at least one pair of slides, one behind the other, in a variable conveying direction. A linear motor drive device serves to drive the at least one pair of slides. A retaining element is provided on each of the two slides, wherein the retaining elements of the first slide and of the second slide form a product receiving space between them. The retaining elements on the first and second slides are each rotatably supported around a rotational axis, which is substantially perpendicular to the variable conveying direction. At least one connecting element is provided to connect the retaining elements of the first and second slides together in such a way that the relative orientation of the retaining elements to each other is determined.
ADJUSTABLE MAGNETIC GRID FOR CONVEYOR SYSTEM
An adjustable magnetic grid assembly is provided in a conveyor system. The magnetic grid assembly eliminates wear and tear on metal pans placed on the grid and transported through the conveyor system. Locations of magnets in the magnetic grid assembly are adjustable to accommodate metal pans of different sizes and configurations.
CONVEYOR BELT SUPPORT SYSTEM AND APPARATUS
A belt support apparatus for supporting a conveyor belt may include at least one support arm assembly operably connected to a base member. A slider bar having a belt support surface for supporting the conveyor belt is connected to a distal end portion of the at least one support arm assembly. In one form, the support arm assembly is configured to allow the belt support surface of the slider bar to be moved relative to the base member in different lateral and vertical positions via a plurality of different modes of adjustment. The plurality of different modes of adjustment may include movement of the slider bar in an arcuate path relative to the base member and translational shifting of the slider bar, including in an oblique direction that extends obliquely relative to a vertical direction and a lateral direction perpendicular to a conveyor belt travel direction.
Systems and methods for handling multiple container types
A container indexing assembly is provided, including an indexing wheel; a conveyor chain; and a series of container indexing arms arranged having a fixed spatial relationship to one another other at linear and non-linear speeds. A rotary container starwheel is further provided including one or more grabber arms. A rotary multi-feed can lid assembly is also provided including multiple can lid silos supported on an upper rotating indexing plate; one or more spring loaded ball detents affixed to rotate with the upper rotating indexing plate and a fixed lower indexing plate. A universal closing turret is finally provided including multiple, varying closure applicators for different types of containers, removably connectable to the turret to allow rearrangement of an order of closure applicators based on an order of types of containers to be closed.
Gripper and transport system for a picking device
A method for operating a gripper includes determining a first transport attachment of a plurality of transport attachments to use for moving a piece good and determining whether the first transport attachment is fixed in a first gripping jaw of the gripper, wherein the gripper includes a drop table having at least one storage and dispensing end face; the first gripping jaw and a second gripping jaw each arranged above the drop table and fastened to a gripping jaw guide arrangement, wherein the first gripping jaw has a gripper coupler at an end portion opposite the gripping jaw guide arrangement; and a transport attachment of the plurality of transport attachments with an attachment coupler, wherein the gripper coupler and the attachment coupler interact with one another so that the transport attachment is releasably fixed at the end portion of the first gripping jaw. Grippers and transport systems are also provided.
ROLLER CONVEYING RACKS WITH QUICKLY ADJUSTABLE WIDTH
A roller conveying rack includes two carrier plates with rectangular shapes, wherein the carrier plates are arranged in parallel and aligned, legs are disposed on both sides of a bottom of each carrier plate in a longitudinal direction of the carrier plate, the legs on different carrier plates are connected by sleeve shafts broken in a middle portion, rolling sleeves broken in a middle portion are arranged between upper portions of the carrier plates in the longitudinal direction of the carrier plates, movable shafts are disposed at the broken middle portion of the sleeve shafts and connecting shafts are disposed at the broken middle portion of the rolling sleeves, insertion holes are provided on each sleeve shaft between the legs and threaded holes are provided on each movable shaft between the legs, and each insertion hole is connected to a corresponding threaded hole by a bolt.

A brake shoe is provided including two engagement bodies, where the engagement bodies are connected by a threaded axle, such that by rotating the threaded axle in a first direction around a rotation axis parallel to the axle, the engagement bodies are urged towards each other, and by rotating the axle in a second direction different from the first direction, the engagement bodies are urged away from each other, and where at least one guide axle is provided parallel to the threaded axle, where the two engagement bodies may slide freely along the at least one guide axle, and further where an attachment is provided for attaching the brake shoe to a construction.
Packaging system adaptable to various container perimeters
A conveyor system for containers including a conveyor module configured to convey and meter a stream of containers, including a first star wheel configured to move a plurality of first containers along a first travel path, wherein the first containers each have a first geometric center, and wherein the first travel path is defined by the geometric center of the first containers, and a second star wheel configured to move a plurality of second containers along a second travel path, wherein the second containers each have a second geometric center, and wherein the second travel path is defined by the geometric center of the second containers.
CONVEYANCE DEVICE
Provided is a conveyance device allowing simple management of a replacement component while an increase in the number of set-up change steps due to a tire size change is suppressed. The conveyance device includes an annular frame capable of surrounding the outer peripheries of a first drum and a second drum, and a sucker provided for the annular frame. The sucker includes a plurality of suction pads that sucks a tire forming member and a plurality of movement mechanisms that moves the suction pads in the radial direction of the annular frame. The plurality of suction pads is provided side by side in the circumferential direction of the annular frame, and adjacent ones of the suction pads in the circumferential direction are moved in the radial direction by different ones of the movement mechanisms.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR HANDLING MULTIPLE CONTAINER TYPES
A universal closing turret including multiple, varying closure applicators for different types of containers, removably connectable to the turret to allow rearrangement of an order of closure applicators based on an order of types of containers to be closed.
