Board Conveyor Apparatus for Use in a Board Processing System
An unscrambler machine receives a load of wooden boards in its hopper. The unscrambler steadily dispenses one board at a time onto a grading waterfall conveyor. When the board leaves the unscrambler, it is relatively aligned, but not always adequately aligned, perpendicular to the direction of travel of the conveyor. In the case that multiple tiered waterfall conveyors are used, the board is cascaded down each waterfall configuration and will continue to be straightened out by nature of the effect of gravity on the board as it slides down to encounter the conveyor chain of each conveyor tier.
Conveyance apparatus, production line using the conveyance apparatus, and method of changing the production line
A conveyance apparatus includes a conveyor configured to convey a workpiece, a support unit supporting the conveyor, and a work device which performs a work to the workpiece within a conveying range of the conveyor supported by the support unit.
Systems and methods for controlling the dispensing of articles
An article dispensing system and method that has a first and a second vibratory feeder; a rotary trough dispenser having one or more receiving troughs in which counted or weighed articles are dispensed for packaging; while the next trough within the rotary trough dispenser is indexed in a rotational step-wise fashion.
Telescopic Conveyor
The present invention provides a telescopic conveyor (1) having at least two conveyor belts (10). Said belts are arranged one above the other and can be moved relative to one another in the longitudinal direction. Each conveyor belt (10) here has a frame (11), a circulatory belt (12) and a first deflecting roller (13) at a first end (A), and a second deflecting roller (14) at a second end (B), of the conveyor belt (10), wherein the second end (B) is a transfer end of the conveyor belt (10), and wherein a bridging device (2, 2) is provided between in each case two adjacent conveyor belts (10) located one above the other, and said device bridges, at least to some extent, the difference in height (H) between the two conveyor belts (10) arranged one above the other, it being necessary for said difference in height to be overcome at the transfer end. The bridging device (2) comprises a ramp (3, 3) with a slope (S) and also a first deflecting roller (4), which is arranged at the higher end of the ramp (3, 3), as well as a first holding-down device (5), which is arranged beneath the first deflecting roller (4), and also a second holding-down device (7) at the foot of the ramp (3, 3). The circulatory belt (12) of the respectively lower conveyor belt (10) is guided, from a conveying plane (E1) beneath the second holding-down device (7), over the ramp (3, 3) with the slope (S) and, from there, is deflected over the first deflecting roller (4) and guided back to the conveying plane (E1) beneath the first holding-down device (5). The slope (S) of the ramp (3, 3) continues in stepless fashion tangentially along the circulatory belt (12) of the conveyor belt (10) located above, said circulatory belt being guided over its second end-side deflecting roller (14).
APPARATUS FOR CONVEYING PRODUCTS
The invention relates to an apparatus for the single-track or multi-track conveying of objects along a conveying path extending in a conveying direction, wherein the conveying path for at least one track comprises at least one conveying device that takes over objects at the input side from a functional unit connected upstream and that transfers objects at the output side to a functional unit connected downstream; and wherein the conveying device as a whole and/or in an output-side end region is adjustable transversely to the conveying direction by means of an adjustment device such that the transverse position of objects to be transferred is changed within the respective track.
Transfer device for a transport vessel
A transfer device for a transport container has a plurality of rotation/transport devices arranged in the form of a matrix. Each of the rotation/transport devices has a bearing for the transport container, wherein the bearing is formed at least as a three-point bearing and each of the rotation/transport devices has a dedicated drive for rotation purposes and a dedicated drive for transportation purposes.
Auxiliary conveyor and corresponding conveying system
An auxiliary conveyor, which is connected with a main conveyor including at least two conveying paths, the auxiliary conveyor including a conveying part configured to receive a load from one of the at least two conveying paths and convey the load through the other of the at least two conveying paths; and a driving part connected with the conveying part and configured to drive the conveying part to move from one of the at least two conveying paths to the other of the at least two conveying paths.
Transport mechanism and method for transporting objects
A transport mechanism and a method for transporting objects are disclosed. The transport mechanism includes a transport unit, a vacuum belt conveyor unit, and a push-type transport unit. The vacuum belt conveyor unit receives objects from the transport unit and conveys the received objects to the push-type transport unit. The vacuum belt conveyor unit can generate a vacuum force to adhere the plurality of objects thereon. When the vacuum belt conveyor unit stops conveying the objects carried thereon, the objects adhered to the vacuum belt conveyor unit would block the objects being transported by the transport unit, and when the vacuum belt conveyor unit starts to convey the objects carried thereon to the push-type transport unit, the transport unit would immediately transport more objects to the vacuum belt conveyor unit. Thus, with the vacuum belt conveyor unit, the objects are conveyed to the push-type transport unit and the position of objects is also accurately controlled.
Device for lifting one or a plurality of articles from a roller conveyor
Device for lifting an article from a roller conveyor having a fork that can be raised and lowered, and having a plurality of spaced-apart elongate tines which, in the lowered position, move with the tines between or below the rollers of the roller conveyor in order to lift one or a plurality of articles from the rollers as the fork is being raised into the raised position with the tines, where the tines form a carrier surface for the article and the tines can be expanded in the direction transverse to the longitudinal extension thereof in order to form an expanded carrier surface.
VERTICAL EGG WASHER AND DRYER SUCH AS INTEGRATED INTO AN EGG PROCESSING LINE
A vertical washer or dryer, such as integrated into an egg handling operation. The vertical washer or dryer includes a vertically extending body supporting a carousel conveyor adapted to support pluralities of eggs during transport in successive ascending and descending fashion within the body between an inlet location and an outlet location of the body. A first egg conveyor communicates the eggs with the inlet location of the carousel conveyor, a second egg conveyor communicating the eggs with the outlet location. A least one of a plurality of egg washer spray bars or, in the separate variant, a plurality of egg dryer air knives, are integrated into the body in communication with the carousel conveyor for washing/drying the eggs while supported upon the carousel conveyor.
