Picking device and method for operating a picking device
A picking device for piece goods is disclosed, in which cleaning of the picking device is facilitated. The picking device may include a shelf row having shelf bases, each including a plurality of storage chutes, and a retrieving device, via which piece goods can be retrieved. A shelf base may include a frame structure, chute partitions, chute bases, and blocking devices, which are coupled to a control device. Two chute partitions and one chute base may define one elongate storage chute, assigned to each chute base is a support device, on which the chute base rests and which is designed such that another chute base can be slid between the resting chute base and the support device. Assigned to each chute base is a holding means, which prevents the chute base from sliding in the longitudinal direction of the storage chute when the chute base is on the support device.
CHAIN CONVEYORS HAVING REMOVABLE LINERS AND DRIP PANS
A conveyor for conveying and supporting a chain includes a frame member having a first slot and a second slot spaced apart from each other along the frame member and a liner configured to support the chain relative to the frame member. A first fastener and a second fastener are spaced apart from each other and extend from the liner toward the frame member such that the liner is installed onto the frame member by moving the first fastener into the first slot and sliding the liner along the frame member until the second fastener is aligned with the second slot and can be moved into the second slot.
Conveyor support rail attachment, support rail and conveyor
Conveyor support rail attachment, comprising a plurality of attachment means arranged spaced apart along a longitudinal center axis, where every second attachment means is arranged on a left side of the center axis and every other attachment means is arranged on a right side of the center axis, and where each attachment means is provided with a bearing surface adapted to bear against a side section of a support rail, such that the support rail is supported only on one side at each attachment means. The advantage of the invention is that a support rail can easily be mounted to and removed from the conveyor support rail attachment, and further that the bearing surface between the support rail and the attachment means can be minimized. This allows for a support rail that is easy to clean.
LINKED DISC ASSEMBLY
A linked disc assembly for use in continuous chain tensioning assemblies in tubular chain drag conveyors, comprising link members and alternating double ear disc members. Each disc member comprises a disc plate and an ear member transversely projecting therefrom. Each ear member consists of an arcuate leg defining a channel extending parallel to the disc plate and hingedly engaged by a link member. Each open chain link member defines a spacing gap. Each ear member arcuate leg defines a transverse notch adjacent a corresponding disc plate, the notch sized and shaped complementarily to the link member gap so as to form a sliding ramp for manual guided quick release through passage of a link member.
FUNNEL DEVICE FOR COUNTING SYSTEM
A funnel device for a counting system comprising a hollow cylindrical body portion, a tapered funnel portion, at least one inlet port and at least two outlet ports in the cylindrical body portion, and a plurality of vents in the funnel portion. The inlet port of the cylindrical body portion is adapted to receive a pressurized air supply, each outlet port operative to inject a respective high velocity air flow into a first passageway of the cylindrical body portion and to direct the respective air flow downwardly into a second passageway of the funnel portion. The directed air flows create a Venturi effect in the funnel device whereby a speed of flow of the products is increased and a rate of collision of the products is decreased as the products pass through the funnel device.
Endless maceration conveyor assembly with juice deflector
A maceration conveyor assembly feeding into a first mill of a milling tandem, where output from the mill is delivered onto another conveyor and carried to the next mill in the tandem. Low pol maceration liquid is returned to the conveyor via return lines to respective distribution weirs. Weirs include overflows which extend across the conveyor. The conveyor assembly includes an inlet end and an outlet end all supported on a supporting framework so that the assembly is inclined from the inlet end to the outlet end. The frame supports respective side walls of a conveyor trough between which travels an endless plate conveyor. The endless plate conveyor comprises interconnected perforated plates adapted to pivot relative to each other in chain like fashion so that the endless plate conveyor effectively functions as a belt conveyor having rigid plates interconnected in pivotal fashion.
Return roller assemblies for conveyor
A return roller assembly that is designed for use as part of a conveyor assembly to improve the ability to clean the conveyor assembly. The return roller assembly includes a roller shaft that extends between side walls of a conveyor frame. A plurality of support rollers are positioned along the length of the roller shaft to support a lower run of a continuous conveyor belt. A spacer is positioned between each of the support rollers to define the position of the rollers along the roller shaft. The spacer can be snapped onto the roller shaft and includes a series of standoffs that space the inner surface of the spacer from the roller shaft. A series of cleaning fins extend radially from the outer surface of the spacer and impart rotation to the spacer relative to the roller shaft during cleaning with a spray of water. The spacer can be formed from an extrusion cut to length.
HYGIENIC MAGNETIC TRAY AND CONVEYOR
A hygienic magnetic tray and conveyor. The low-profile tray includes a forcer sandwiched between an article-supporting top and an opposite bottom. The top is made of hygienic material, and the bottom can be made of a low-friction material. The tray is propelled along a guide surface on an enclosure housing stator coils supported in a conveyor frame. The stator forms a linear motor with the forcer in the tray. Various disposal systems provide escape routes for removing fluids and debris from the guide surface of the stator enclosure.
CONVEYOR SYSTEM ASSEMBLY
In an aspect, a wear plate for use with a conveyor system is provided. The wear plate has a plate mount, having a fastener retainer having a retention hole extending through the wear plate, and a retainer support being defined by at least one cut in the wear plate adjacent to and at least partially defining the fastener retainer, the retainer support connecting the fastener retainer to a main portion of the wear plate and enabling the fastener support to be depressed relative to a top surface of the wear plate.
CONVEYOR ROLLER
Conveyor roller for a conveyor device, in particular for conveying an object, in particular packaged food, the conveyor roller comprises a cylindrical roller body which can be mounted rotatably about an axis of rotation; a conical sleeve (3), having at least one sleeve element, the conical sleeve being arranged coaxially around the roller body and forming a conveyor surface for an object to be conveyed, wherein the sleeve element comprises a first axial sleeve element end and a second axial sleeve element end; wherein the first axial sleeve element end sealingly abuts the roller body, and that the second axial sleeve element end sealingly abuts the roller body.
