Split Fluid Jet Head and Manifold for Receipt of Split Fluid Jet Head
Cleaning assemblies, particularly for conveyor systems, are provided. For example, a cleaning assembly comprises a split fluid jet head that includes an inlet end for receipt of a flow of a fluid, an outlet end for an egress of the fluid, and a plurality of veins extending from the inlet end to the outlet end. The plurality of veins split the flow of the fluid into a plurality of flows of the fluid. The cleaning assembly also comprises a manifold that includes a body and a plurality of fluid passages defined through the body. Each fluid passage has an inlet port and an outlet port. The outlet ports are defined at various locations along the body. The manifold is configured to receive the split fluid jet head such that each vein of the plurality of veins is aligned with an inlet port of the plurality of inlet ports.
PICKING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A PICKING DEVICE
A picking device for piece goods is disclosed, in which cleaning of the picking device is facilitated. The picking device may include a shelf row having shelf bases, each including a plurality of storage chutes, and a retrieving device, via which piece goods can be retrieved. A shelf base may include a frame structure, chute partitions, chute bases, and blocking devices, which are coupled to a control device. Two chute partitions and one chute base may define one elongate storage chute, assigned to each chute base is a support device, on which the chute base rests and which is designed such that another chute base can be slid between the resting chute base and the support device. Assigned to each chute base is a holding means, which prevents the chute base from sliding in the longitudinal direction of the storage chute when the chute base is on the support device.
CLEANING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR BELT BUFFERS
In order to clean the webs in a belt buffer having a plurality of belts arranged one above the other, a cleaning medium is applied to a running belt by means of a cleaning device and vacuumed off together with the loosened contamination. A device for carrying out this cleaning has a cleaning head for applying and vacuuming off the cleaning medium and a device for adjusting the height of the cleaning head to the level of the web to be cleaned and to move the cleaning head over the web to be cleaned.
Method and system for cleaning and sanitizing convey lines
A sanitization system for sanitizing a convey line broadly includes an ozone generation and delivery module, a compressed air source, and an air flow control system, and an ozone measurement and destruction module. The ozone generation and delivery module includes ozone generator, an ozone flow meter, a first ozone analyzer, a humidifier, and a humidity sensor and introduces a measured ozone gas stream into the convey line so that the ozone disinfects the inner surfaces of the convey line. The humidifier introduces moisture into the convey line to increase the effectiveness of the ozone as a disinfection agent. The ozone measurement and destruction module includes a second ozone analyzer, an ozone destructor, and an ozone monitor and removes ozone from the gas stream. The ozone measurement and destruction module also ensures that a desired amount of ozone reaches the end of the convey line.
CONVEYOR SUPPORT RAIL ATTACHMENT, SUPPORT RAIL AND CONVEYOR
Conveyor support rail attachment, comprising a plurality of attachment means arranged spaced apart along a longitudinal centre axis, where every second attachment means is arranged on a leftside of the centre axis and every other attachment means is arranged on a right side of the centre axis, and where each attachment means is provided with a bearing surface adapted to bear against a side section of a support rail, such that the support rail is supported only on one side at each attachment means. The advantage of the invention is that a support rail can easily be mounted to and removed from the conveyor support rail attachment, and further that the bearing surface between the support rail and the attachment means can be minimized. This allows for a support rail that is easy to clean.
CONVEYOR BELT WITH LONGITUDINAL RAILS
A positively-driven, low tension conveyor belt has longitudinal rails extending on the drive surface of the belt to prevent or reduce vibration. The longitudinal rails form channels separating lanes of drive teeth on the drive surface to form drive pockets. The longitudinal rails protrude past the drive teeth and ride on a conveyor belt carryway during operation.

Hanger apparatus
A hanger can include an elongated body defining: a first end defining at least one aperture; and a second end, the first end and the second end defined at opposite ends of the hanger along a longitudinal direction, the hanger being configured to support a hanging object at the second end; and a UV indicator.
FOOD PROCESSING TABLE OR CONVEYOR BELT WITH A LAYER OF SOLIDIFIED LIQUID SUCH AS AN ICE LAYER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH SOLIDIFIED LIQUID
The invention relates to a table or conveyor belt (1) for conveying and/or processing food and a method and system for producing and/or maintaining a layer of a solidified liquid (4) on such tables and conveyor belts (1). Tables or conveyor belts (1) for conveying and processing food are difficult to clean when in function. For food it is important to avoid cross-contamination with microorganisms and foreign objects. A layer of a solidified liquid (4) such as an ice layer or fat layer on the top surface (3) of a table or conveyor belt (1) may be renewed from time to time by planing off some of the solidified liquid (4) and afterwards apply liquid which is allowed to solidify or apply flaked solidified liquid. A conveyor belt (1) may comprise lamellas (2) with internal cavities (7) or channels for coolant to cool the lamellas (2). Solidified liquid (4) may be produced on the top surface (3) of these lamellas (2) and the lamellas (2) may be kept cold by directing a coolant through the lamellas (2).
CONVEYING ARRANGEMENT
The invention relates to a conveying arrangement comprising at least one mover (20) which has at least one magnet (19), preferably a permanent magnet, and cooperates with a drive surface (13) so that the mover (20) can be slidably and/or rotatably moved with respect to the drive surface (13) in at least two degrees of freedom, at least one protective device (40) being provided and arranged between the drive surface (13) and the mover (20).
