COLLISION SENSOR ASSEMBLY FOR A STATIONARY STRUCTURE
20170193791 · 2017-07-06 ·

A collision sensor assembly is attachable to a stationary structure such as a pallet rack, a door frame, the corner of a wall, or the like. The collision sensor is configured to sense when a collision occurs with the stationary structure such as when a piece of movable machinery contacts the stationary structure. The collision sensor assembly includes a sensor operatively connected to a processor which determines when a collision occurs, and produces a signal to an output signal generator to provide an external indication of the collision.

A cartridge assembly for use in a load zone support includes a shaft that is able to be connected to an idler frame of a belt conveyor system. The cartridge assembly further includes a support plate coupled to the shaft and a wear pad coupled to the support plate.

INTEGRATED CONVEYOR MOTOR

A conveyor assembly includes a conveyor module including first and second roller bodies and a conveyor belt; a chassis; and a tensioning system. The tensioning system is operable to adjust the tension of the conveyor belt and includes a tensioning device selectively shiftably mounted to the chassis such that shifting of the tensioning system in the fore-aft direction along the chassis results in corresponding fore-aft shifting of the first roller body relative to the second roller body, thereby facilitating adjustment of the tension of the conveyor belt. The chassis includes a pair of side rails and a slider bed. A stiffening assembly includes a bracket spaced vertically below the slider bed such that a vertical gap is formed between the slider bed and the bracket. The stiffening assembly further includes an insert disposed on the bracket and extending upward across at least a portion of the gap.

BOTTOM DAMPENER FOR CAN RACK SYSTEMS
20250075768 · 2025-03-06 ·

A bottom dampener can be provided for a can rack system. The bottom dampener can dampen forces exerted on a bottom of the can rack system by cans inserted into the can rack system. The bottom dampener can include a curved pad, which can fit into a bottom flap of the can rack system. The curved pad can be used for dampening a force exerted by a can on the bottom flap. The bottom dampener can also include one or more tabs. Each of the tabs can fit into a hole along the bottom flap to removably couple the bottom dampener to the can rack system.

System and method of grouping of containers

A grouping system for grouping containers including a track oriented in a horizontal plane, a plurality of lugs coupled moveably to the track, and a plurality of grippers, wherein each gripper is coupled to a lug, wherein the grippers are configured to move a stream of containers about the track.

IMPACT BED FOR CONVEYOR BELT

An impact bed (10) for a conveyor belt installation, which impact bed (10) is adapted to be mounted or installed below the belt of the installation in a location where material is received onto the belt. The impact bed (10) comprises a central impact section (20) and first and second side impact sections (22) which are pivotably supported relative to opposite sides of the central impact section (20) such that an angle (24) of each side impact section (22) relative to the central impact section (22) is adjustable. At least first and second adjustable support mechanisms (34) are associated with the first and second side impact sections (22) respectively. Each adjustable support mechanism (34) configured for adjusting the angle (24) of the respective side impact section (22) and operatively to retain said side impact section (22) at a predetermined angle.

On-demand glasswasher and a method of operating the same

An on-demand glasswasher comprises a drive motor; a rotary conveyor connected to the drive motor; an ultrasonic sensor assembly positioned adjacent to the rotary conveyor; a microprocessor connected to the drive motor and the ultrasonic sensor assembly; and a memory device coupled to the microprocessor, the memory device storing processor-executable instructions which, when executed by the microprocessor, cause the microprocessor to receive, from the ultrasonic sensor assembly, ultrasonic signals; analyze the ultrasonic signals to detect the presence of one or more objects on the rotary conveyor; and responsive to detecting the presence of one or more objects on the rotary conveyor, perform operations to stop operation of the on-demand glasswasher.
