Adjustable Return Roller Bracket for Tracking Conveyor Belts
In a preferred embodiment, there is provided an adjustable roller bracket assembly for a belt conveyor system, and which comprises a first end portion, a second end portion, and an adjustment mechanism connecting the first and second end portions, the first end portion being for attachment to a system frame, the second end portion being for rotatably engaging a roller at an axial end thereof, and the adjustment mechanism being operable to permit selective movement of the second end portion relative to the first end portion against frictional resistance therebetween to effect adjustment of a rotational axis of the roller.
Automatic column setting device for article vending machine
Provided is an automatic column setting device for an article vending machine. The device is for an article vending machine 1 including a column in an article storing shelf 13, to store articles arranged in a front-rear direction, and a dispensing mechanism 55 removably installed for the column in the shelf 13, to sequentially dispense the stored articles, the mechanism 55 is arbitrarily installable at a plurality of preset right and left positions in the shelf 13, and the automatic column setting device includes a motor presence/absence information preparing section 81 that detects an installation position of motor 61 in accordance with a connected state of motor 61, and a pattern extracting section 82 that determines a type and an installation position of the mechanism 55 in the shelf 13 based on presence/absence information of motor 61 that is detected by the motor presence/absence information preparing section 81.
Modular conveyor belt with retained rollers
A modular conveyor belt including a plurality of rods, a plurality of rollers, and a plurality of links. Each link includes a main body, a plurality of link hinge members, and a plurality of roller hinge members. Each roller hinge member has an opening therethrough configured for receiving a corresponding rod and a recessed retainer configured for receiving and retaining a corresponding roller.
A Grid Framework Structure
A grid framework structure configured to support one or more load handling devices thereupon includes i) a grid structure including a plurality of grid cells; and ii) a load bearing framework, wherein the grid structure is suspended from the load bearing framework by three or more tension elements connected to a respective number of suspension points on the grid structure, each of the three or more tension elements having a length configured to suspend the grid structure in a substantially horizontal plane.
Conveyor belt and module with wear pads
A plastic modular conveyor belt constructed of belt modules with wear pads. The belt is supported in the carryway of a conveyor atop linear wearstrips along which the belt's wear pads slide as the belt advances.
BLOCK STACKING ARRANGEMENT
Block stacking arrangement that includes a plurality of container receiving slots, a loading space arranged below the container receiving slots in a direction of gravity, a pass-through opening between respective container receiving slots and the loading space, and a holding device, which is arranged in the pass-through opening, having a flap pivotable about a shaft between a holding position and a release position. The shaft is mounted in an edge of the pass-through opening, and the shaft is mounted at at least one end in a bolt socket that is upwardly open in the direction of gravity. The block stacking arrangement further includes a shaft hold-down device, which is fastened to the edge of the pass-through opening, arranged at least partially above the bolt socket in the direction of gravity to act on the end of the shaft.
AUTOMATED STORAGE SYSTEMS, AND DEVICES
A load handling device is disclosed for lifting and moving storage containers stacked in a grid framework structure having first and second sets of parallel rails or tracks. The load handling device includes a body mounted on first and second sets of wheels arranged to engage with the tracks. The wheels have spokes connecting a rim to a hub, and wherein the wheel is at least partially resiliently deformable, wherein the wheel rim and wheel hub are made from a rigid material relative to the spoke material, and wherein the wheel includes two or more layers.
Automatically adjustable smart shelf, cargo storing method and unmanned logistics system
The present disclosure relates to an automatically adjustable smart shelf, a cargo storing method, and an unmanned logistics system. The automatically adjustable smart shelf includes a shelf outer frame and a control unit. A first movable shelf layer and a second movable shelf layer provided on the shelf outer frame and respectively movable along a first direction and a second direction intersecting with each other. A control unit can control the first movable shelf layer and the second movable shelf layer to move along the first direction and the second direction respectively, so as to form various sizes of storage space for storing various cargos accordingly.
Plate conveyor belt
A plate conveyor for moving walkways contains a track system having tracks, which track system is formed by track elements, and a central track serving as a guide for plate conveyor elements of the plate conveyor. The length of the track system can be adjusted. For this purpose, substantially triangular openings which are delimited by bars are provided between track elements that adjoin one another. Triangular or trapezoidal length adjusting pieces are inserted into the openings and are pushed in to such an extent that the oblique edges of the length adjusting pieces abut the edges of the openings formed by the bars. The central tracks of the track elements that adjoin one another are connected to one another by coupling pieces.
MODULE FOR A MODULAR CONVEYOR BELT AND CONVEYOR BELT COMPRISING SAID MODULES
A module for a modular conveyor belt includes interconnected modules with front and rear projecting elements having an outermost convex surface and forming at least one circular arc-shaped portion, with the centres at the same vertical distance from the lower surface and at the same horizontal distance from the outermost portion, and a plurality of raised elements departing from a first upper surface of a base element or from the upper portions of coupling elements and a plurality of recesses which separate the raised elements, each having an upper bearing surface for transporting the products, a difference between the vertical distance the centres of the circular arc-shaped portions of the outermost convex surfaces of the rear and front projecting elements, and the vertical distance of the centres of the holes in the rear and front projecting elements, is greater than or equal to 1 mm.
