A conveyor system includes a conveyor frame having a frame base and a pair of parallel frame sidewalls. Each sidewall extend from a top side of the base to a distal end defining a plurality of sockets. The sockets include a socket bearing configured to support a corresponding roller shaft and a lip element extending across the opening at the distal end. In some examples, the conveyor frame includes at least one end coupler attached at an end of the conveyor frame. In some configurations, the conveyor frame includes a plurality of frame segments each defining a portion of a length of the conveyor frame.
Modular automatic warehouse for storing industrial products
A modular automatic warehouse comprising at least one module having a parallelepiped shape delimited by respective vertical uprights is provided. The module comprises a first and a second element, each element comprising a plurality of substantially horizontal seats or guides defined by structural flanks for the introduction and/or extraction of a respective plurality of shelves or drawers adapted to contain articles to be stored. The first and second elements being opposite to each other and separated by a compartment inside which at least one lift operates. The lift is able to translate from a lowered position to a raised position in order to move to a location of the drawers. The warehouse may further comprise a means for translating at least one at a time of the drawers towards further similar adjacent modules in turn provided with a means for translating the drawers to be displaced. Further, the means for translating acts inside the compartment which is open at least in the translation direction from one module to the other.
Link for support members of conveyor belts, support member of conveyor belts and method for manufacturing a link
A link for connecting supporting members used in conveyor belts, each supporting member being provided with a straight rod and the conveyor belt having a motion transmission member, includes a substantially U-shaped main body configured to be removably anchored to a respective straight rod. The main body is made of a metallic material and has a closed front portion and an open back portion provided with a pair of mutually facing end sections. At least one of the end sections is covered with a polymeric material and joined therewith in a permanent manner, a portion of the outer surface of the polymeric material covering the end section being adapted to selectively interact with the motion transmission member. A supporting member for a conveyor belt, and a method of making a connection link for supporting members of conveyor belts.
Conveyor belt cleaning apparatus
A cleaning assembly for cleaning a conveyor belt comprising: a base member adapted to be mounted relative to the conveyor belt; and a blade mounting assembly associated with the base member and adapted for mounting a scraper blade thereto, wherein the blade mounting assembly is configured for rotational movement relative to the base member, wherein the cleaning assembly is configured to maintain the scraper blade in abutment with the conveyor belt. A conveyor belt cleaning apparatus comprising: a plurality of cleaning assemblies, each of the plurality of cleaning assemblies comprising: a base member associated with the elongate support member, and a blade mounting assembly associated with the base member and adapted for mounting a scraper blade thereto, wherein the blade mounting assembly is configured for rotational movement relative to the base member; and an elongate support member, wherein each of the plurality of cleaning assemblies is adapted to maintain the respective scraper blades in abutment with a conveyor belt.
Multi Part Sprocket Wheel
Multipart sprocket wheel adapted to engage modular belt modules in a conveyor belt, where said multipart sprocket wheel comprises:—two or more periphery elements, each element having an outer and and inner edge, where sprocket teeth are provided on the outer edge, and where the inner edge has an engagement surface, and where each element has means for being fastened to and adjacent periphery element, such that the two or more periphery elements outer edges forms a full circle;—one or more adapter members where each of said adapter members has an outer and an inner face, said outer face suitable to firmly engage the inner edge of one or more periphery elements, and said inner face adapted to engage a conveyor drive axle.
Passively-operated accumulation module for use with a powered conveyor system
According to one aspect of the present invention, an accumulation module for a product delivery system includes an input shaft configured to receive an external drive force. A transfer shaft reverses an operation of the external drive force to define a reversing drive force. An output shaft receives the reversing drive force. An accumulation belt is operated by the reversing drive force. The accumulation belt operates in opposition to the external drive force.
CART LOADER/UNLOADER AND A SWITCHER SYSTEM AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN
An industrial cart or rack loading/unloading and switcher system and method for operation thereof. The switcher system comprises a base member having a loading end and an operator end; a first carriage for carrying a bin, said first carriage being operatively coupled to said base member and configured to move between said loading end and said operator end; a second carriage for carrying another bin; a bypass mechanism configured to support said second carriage and said other bin; said bypass mechanism being operatively coupled to said base member and configured to move between said loading end and said operator end; said bypass mechanism being further configured to operate in a bypass mode, and in said bypass mode said bypass mechanism being operable to permit movement of said first carriage and said bin between said loading end and said operator end.
