Article sorting system having security inspection function
Provided is an article sorting system having a security inspection function which relates to intelligent logistics. The system includes: a security inspection machine including a detector, a security inspection driving device and a security inspection channel; and a mobile transport device matched with the security inspection channel in space, which is configured to move a received article to be sorted by using the security inspection driving device so that the article to be sorted passes through the security inspection channel and accepts a security detection performed by the detector in the security inspection channel. Alternatively, the system includes: a security inspection machine including a detector and a security inspection channel; and a mobile transport device matched with the security inspection channel in space, which is configured to move the received article to be sorted so that the article to be sorted passes through the security inspection channel and accepts the security detection performed by the detector in the security inspection channel.
Folding and unfolding space shelf
A folding space shelf has a lower backplane and an upper backplane that are connected by one or more hinges, and a pair of top crossbeams and a pair of upper stringers. Each top crossbeam has a first end hinged to an upper portion of the upper backplane and a second end rotatably connected to one of the pair of upper stringers. It further contains a pair of bottom crossbeams and a pair of bottom stringers. Each bottom crossbeam has a first end hinged to a lower portion of the lower backplane and a second end rotatably connected to one of the pair of bottom stringers. The folding space shelf also contains a pair of middle stringers, each having a first end connected to one of the pair of upper stringers and a second end hinged to one of the pair of the bottom stringers.
CARGO HANDLING APPARATUS
A cargo handling apparatus includes a first conveyor portion, a first detection portion, a second conveyor portion, a gripping portion, a second detection portion, and a controller. The first conveyor portion is configured to convey an article to be handled in a first direction. The first detection portion is configured to detect article information. The second conveyor portion is configured to convey the article in a second direction. The gripping portion is configured to arrange the article in an accumulating portion. The second detection portion is configured to detect stacking information. The controller is configured to control operation of the gripping portion based on the article information and the stacking information.
Method and apparatus for gently depositing trays
A method for operating a tray conveying apparatus, wherein a tray edge of a tray to be destacked is guided in contact with and along a support until the tray has been deposited on a conveying unit positioned therebelow. An apparatus for destacking and further conveying trays that may comprise a destacker for destacking trays, wherein the destacker may also comprise a frame for accommodating at least one tray stack and a plurality of destacking screws configured to be operated in a respective direction of rotation. Each destacking screw may comprise a helically configured spiral or groove with a support. A conveying unit may be positioned below the destacker and used for receiving and transporting the destacked trays from the destacker.
Adjustable anti-trap guard for belt conveyors
Support station for supporting a conveyor belt of a belt conveyor system, with several support rollers rotatably held on a support frame, and an anti-trap guard with several anti-trap guard sections, wherein in each case an anti-trap guard section is arranged adjacent to a support roller and at a distance from the conveyor belt, wherein each anti-trap guard section is held on a support, wherein in each case a flexible intermediate section is arranged between ends of two adjacent anti-trap guard sections and connects these flexibly with each other, wherein at least one of the supports is adjustable and thereby the distance of the anti-trap guard section that is held on it from the conveyor belt and a distance of at least one intermediate section from the conveyor belt can be set, as well as a method for adjustment.
System, apparatus, and method for detecting a fault in a pusher shoe of a shoe sortation conveyor
A shoe sorter is described. The shoe sorter can include a switch plate that supports movement of a shoe pin of a pusher shoe, a finger, and an actuation arm. In some examples, the finger can be configured to be moved in a first direction in response to a portion of the shoe pin contacting a portion of the finger. The actuation arm can be pivotably engaged to the finger so that a movement of the finger in the first direction can cause a movement of the actuation arm in a second direction. In this regard, the actuation arm in the second direction can cause a change in a signal outputted by the photoelectric sensor coupled to the shoe sorter. This change in the signal can be used by a processor to determine that the shoe pin is misaligned.
Conveying a material to be conveyed
A conveyor system (1) for the continuous or discontinuous conveyance of a reactive and/or hot and/or abrasive material to be conveyed along a conveyor path includes a system housing (3) enclosing the conveyor path, which has at least one fluid inlet (5) for the introduction of fluid into the system housing (3), at least one fluid outlet (7, 9) for the discharge of fluid out of the system housing (3), a charging inlet (4) for introducing material to be conveyed into the system housing (3), and, apart from the at least one fluid inlet (5), the at least one fluid outlet (7, 9) and the charging inlet (4), are implemented in a technically fluid-tight manner.
METHODS AND APPARATUS TO MONITOR AND MANAGE LOADING DOCKS AND FACILITY OPERATIONS
Methods and apparatus to monitor and manage loading docks and facility operations are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a data analyzer to: monitor first data indicating whether a truck trailer is present at a dock of the material handling facility; and monitor second data indicating a condition associated with a door at the dock, the second data being different than the first data. The apparatus further includes a notification generator to generate a notification based on the first data and the second data.
Belt conveyor and modular conveyor belt for inclines
An incline conveyor using a modular conveyor belt with a repeating pattern of belt sections. Each belt section includes a first region with a high-friction flat top surface, a second region with a high-friction textured top surface, a third region between the first and second regions with a recessed low-friction top surface, and a fourth region between consecutive belt sections with a top surface like that of the third region. The textured top surface, which may be formed by a plurality of nodules, provides multiple high-friction catch points to stop polybags from sliding down the inclined conveyor.
