Slat for a Conveyor
A slat for a conveyor that has one or more curves.
Conveyor for transporting articles along a generally vertical path and endless carrier for a conveyor
The present invention is an endless carrier for a conveyor. The endless carrier is equipped with a chain including roller bearings for engaging a wall of the conveyor and slats with landing gears for engaging tracks of the conveyor. The endless carrier is particularly useful for a conveyor having one or more curves.
Spiral conveyor
A spiral conveyor includes a mesh chain spirally wound around and rotate synchronously with an outer circumference of each rotary drums. The inner side of each chain link of the mesh chain close to the rotary drum is provided with a drive head extending towards a drum body of the rotary drum. The drive head is provided with a convex-arc edge and includes an arc slot provided on each of two sides or on a single side of the drive head. Driving poles are evenly distributed around the outer circumference of the rotary drum and engage with the drive heads of each layer. When the inner side of the mesh chain adapts to the perimeter of the outer side of the mesh chain, the drive head on the inner side of the mesh chain engages with the driving pole.
Support link for a conveyor belt
A support link for a self-stacking spiral conveyor belt, which includes a carrier on which a self-stacking spiral conveyor belt is supportable, a set of orthogonally arranged rolling elements connected to the carrier, in use to guide the carrier along a conveyor path and an interlink mountable onto the carrier. The interlink is connectable to a matched interlink of an adjacent support link through couplers disposed on opposing ends thereof, whereby the connection of a plurality of support links results in a support chain. Furthermore, there is provided a supporting frame defining the conveyor path on which the support chain is movable and a motor driving the support chain by means of a drive gear, which interacted with a drive interface disposed on each support link.
Conveyor System with Spiral Conveyor
A conveyor system for conveying containers includes a first transport section encircling a first machine axis in a helical manner and a second transport section encircling a second machine axis in a helical manner. A transfer section extends between the first transport section and the second transport section. At least one first driver is operatively connectable to containers in the first transport section. At least one second driver is operatively connectable to containers in the second transport section. The at least one first driver is driveable by means of a first drive for conveying containers along the first transport section. The at least one second driver is driveable by means of a second drive for conveying containers along the second transport section. The first drive and the second drive can be operated independently of each other.
