The driving wheel is configured to contact a bottom frame of the placement shelf of display panel. The driving wheel is disposed with a cleaning layer on the radial periphery of the driving wheel.
Apparatus and method for manufacturing liquid crystal panel
This application discloses an apparatus for manufacturing a liquid crystal panel and a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal panel. The manufacturing apparatus includes a vacuum attaching station, a pneumatic transmission mechanism and a sealant curing station, the vacuum attaching station is configured to support the liquid crystal panel on which sealant coating and substrate attaching have been completed, the pneumatic transmission mechanism is disposed at the vacuum attaching station and between the vacuum attaching station and the sealant curing station, the pneumatic transmission mechanism is provided with a plurality of air holes, and an angle included between an air discharging direction of the air holes and the liquid crystal panel is an acute angle.
Method for determining a substrate position in a closed chamber and apparatus for performing the method
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for determining the position of a substrate within a closed chamber, wherein the substrate is moved within the chamber by a transport system comprising at least one rotating shaft. A load-converting element is provided adjacent to at least one of the rotating shafts, wherein the load-converting element detects a load acting on the at least one rotating shaft and converts it into an electrical parameter. While no substrate is present on the at least one rotating shaft, a first output signal corresponding to a first value of the electrical parameter is measured. The output signal is then monitored and a presence of the substrate on the at least one rotating shaft is detected when the output signal differs from the first output signal by at least a predetermined amount.
Inspection Apparatus for Display Panel and Testing Method for Display Panel
The present disclosure illustrates an inspection apparatus for a display panel and a testing method for display panel. The inspection apparatus includes a platform, a feeding device, a rotatable bearing stage, an optical panel inspection device, a discharging device, a rotation driving device and a transfer device. The platform includes a support frame having a loading-and-unloading area and an inspection area. The feeding device transports the display panel along a feeding direction. The rotation driving device includes a rotation axe and a rotation driving mechanism. The rotation axe has an end fixed at a central part of a bottom surface of the rotatable bearing stage, and the rotation driving mechanism can rotate the rotation axe. The display panel placed on the rotatable bearing stage can be exchanged between the loading-and-unloading area and the inspection area when the rotatable bearing stage is rotated.

BONDING SYSTEM AND BONDING METHOD
A bonding system is a bonding system that bonds two substrates and includes: a bonder (1) that executes a positioning process of performing positioning of the two substrates under reduced pressure, and then executes a contact process of bringing the two substrates into contact under reduced pressure; and a conveying device (84) that conveys, to the bonder (1), the two substrates to be bonded to each other. Then, the bonder (1) executes the positioning process and the contact process mentioned earlier in a state where the conveying device (84) is separated from the bonder (1).
