The respective measured variable can be detected during the execution of one of the processing steps or specifies a process parameter of a component of the device or defines a state parameter of part of the glass pane. The control device forms correction signals from the measurement data, with which correction signals one of the devices can be controlled in an adapted manner during processing of the glass pane or of a subsequent one.

In another example, the glass manufacturing apparatus comprises a scoring device and a score-side vacuum port configured to remove glass debris generated during the process of separating the glass ribbon.

A plurality of first vacuum adsorption devices is adsorbed on one end of the glass substrate to separate the one end of the glass substrate and an OLED with an opening with a certain distance, and a metal wire is driven to enter the opening, and abuts a lower surface of the glass substrate to move to the other end of the glass substrate to accomplish the separation between the glass substrate and the OLED; and then, a second vacuum adsorption device is adsorbed at an intermediate position of the glass substrate to remove the glass substrate from the OLED to realize a glass substrate removal process after a LLO in an OLED module production, thereby avoiding a damage to the OLED and a PI layer disposed on a surface layer of the OLED.

The test device includes a surface configured to receive components, and a ferromagnetic layer located under the surface. A system is further disclosed including the test device and a plurality of components each including a magnetic element, the plurality of components configured to be received by a plurality of pockets of the test device.
