LIGHT CURING DENTAL SYSTEM
A light curing dental system comprising a light emitting tray that precisely distributes an optimal amount of curing light energy to internal, external and extra oral portions of the dental arch to cure a dental material. The light curing dental system generally includes a light source, a light emitting dental tray, an activation module and a photocurable dental material.
A METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A PROSTHETIC ARTICLE
Method for the production of a prosthetic article including mounting at least two implants supporting the prosthetic article to be realized, in a model reproducing the user's gum, with the implants along the profile, heating a first implant to fuse an end of a first metallic wire to a first abutment corresponding to the portion emerging from the model of the first implant, heating the wire at a temperature lower than its melting temperature, in order to stretch it between the abutments, so that its development line is substantially parallel to the profile of the model at each point, heating the second implant in order to allow the fusion of the other end the first wire on the second abutment, so as to form a first bridge, and shaping with the technical material the first and the second abutment to form the artificial teeth of the prosthetic article.
Tooth positioners, method and apparatus for making the same, and method of positioning teeth using the same
A method and apparatus form a tooth positioner for repositioning at least one tooth of a patient and provide a dental arch cast of a patient, separate at least one tooth from the dental arch cast, fix a pin in a stump part of the at least one separated tooth, and in any non-separated teeth, reconstruct the dental arch cast of the patient by aligning the separated teeth to correspond to the alignment in the patient's mouth and hold the pins in a material that may be softened, soften the material, apply force to the pin fixed in the at least one tooth to be repositioned to move it in a desired direction to obtain a realigned arch, and form a tooth positioner corresponding to the realigned arch. The tooth positioner is used by having the patient wear it for a period of time.
IMPRESSIONLESS DENTAL MODELING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Dental systems and methods related to impressionless dental modeling. A dental modeling system includes a dental model base and a mounting plate. The dental model base includes a plate support surface and a plurality of pin receiving apertures formed in the support surface. The mounting plate includes a plate portion positioned on the plate support surface and a plurality of pins extending into the pin receiving apertures to provide removable attachment of the mounting plate to the dental model base. The plate portion includes a model support surface configured to support a model of a person's teeth. The model may be formed directly on the model support surface using an impressionless technique. The model may be formed separately using an impressionless technique and then bonded to the model support surface.
Attachments for fabricated custom objects
A system includes a mold of a dental arch of a patient. The mold includes teeth extending from a first distal end of the dental arch to a second distal end of the dental arch. An orthodontic aligner is to be formed over the teeth of the mold. The teeth of the mold are shaped to correspond to tooth-receiving cavities of the orthodontic aligner. The system includes a pre-fabricated attachment that includes a traceability component configured to be used to determine one or more identifiers corresponding to the mold. The pre-fabricated attachment further includes a handling component configured to be secured by a robot or person to transport the mold and the pre-fabricated attachment during production of the orthodontic aligner.
TOOL-FREE QUICK-RELEASE CLAMPING HOLDER
A clamping holder (100) for a dental blank (103), having a first holder part (105-1) for inserting the dental blank (103); a second holder part (105-2) which is connected or can be coupled to the first holder part (105-1); a clamping device (125) for exerting a clamping force on the dental blank (103) between the first holder part (105-1) and the second holder part (105-2); and a pneumatic element (107-1, . . . , 107-4) for releasing or generating the clamping force.
Device for making, duplicating and fixing dental models in articulator
A device for making, duplicating and fixing dental models in articulator, using dental replicas (19) of plaster or other material with bases (20) for the manufacture of dental models (18). The device incorporates at least three pins (3) that have elements to be embedded in the bases (20) in charge of said pins (3) for positioning and fixing the dental models (18) to platens (7) that have a minimum of three protruding protrusions (8) on its surface and arranged to fit with the pins (3) and, where appropriate, provide a releasable connection with the pins (3). The platens (7) are attached to the articulator (1) with a height or ratio (h) between protrusions (8) of the platens (7), upper and lower, preset and reproducible.
