DENTAL PROSTHESES

A blank for producing dental prostheses by particularly material-removing processing comprises a tooth element and a jaw element. These elements are preferably differently colored layers of a blank produced from the same material. In order to cover a dividing line between the differently colored regions, a gum element is arranged especially in a recess of the finished dental prosthesis.

Method of Manufacturing A Dental Restoration Part

A method for manufacturing a dental restoration part according to patient-specific requirements is provided, which dental restoration part comprises a prosthesis base, wherein the prosthesis base carries at least one prefabricated artificial tooth, in particular a large number of prefabricated artificial teeth.

It is also intended for the prosthesis base to have a surface on the side facing away from the prefabricated artificial teeth, i.e. on the side opposite thereof, and a three-dimensional layer of material to be applied to this surface of the prosthesis base using a three-dimensional additive method, by which the prosthesis base will be fabricated according to the patient-specific specifications.

Dentures (false teeth) made permanent using vacuum suction

The invention relates for producing permanent dentures without using any implants (screws) on the gum or using glue but using the vacuum of suction cells (suckers), between the natural gum and dentures, but using flexible thin plastic (approved by FDA) sheath between the gum and the dentures using suckers (similar to octopus) made on upper and lower surfaces of the sheath the upper sheath surface will have the same shape of the normal denture lower surface, similarly the lower sheath surface will have the same shape of the gum, the shape of the plastic sheath will always have the same shape of the gypsum modeled cast at the dentist clinic, for the gum surface, all the suckers will be (squeezed) pressed and create vacuum to hold the dentures to the gum and the dentures.
