A feed tray includes a first accommodation part in which a roll body having a configuration where a first sheet-shaped medium is rolled in a roll shape is accommodated, a conveyance guide configured to define a conveyance path for a roll medium which is the first sheet-shaped medium unrolled from the roll body accommodated in the first accommodation part, and a shutter movable between an intercept position where the shutter is located in the conveyance path and a retreat position where the shutter is further from the conveyance path than the intercept position.

A sheet supplying apparatus of the present invention includes a driving unit configured to cause a roll including a wound consecutive sheet to rotate in a first direction for feeding the sheet or a second direction opposite to the first direction, a first sensor that detects a leading end portion of the sheet separated from an outer circumferential surface of the roll, a second sensor that detects the leading end portion which is manually set in a conveyance path by a user, and a determination unit configured to determine whether or not automatic sheet feeding is performed on the basis of a detection result of the second sensor.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a sheet supplying apparatus in which the user can select either automatic sheet feeding or manual sheet feeding. A sheet handling apparatus (for example, banknote handling apparatus 20) includes a storing and feeding unit (25) in which a sheet is stored on a rotary member (for example, drum (25a)) by winding the sheet on the rotary member and the sheet wound on the rotary member can be fed from the rotary member, a transport unit (23) that transports the sheet fed from the storing and feeding unit (25), a curl correction mechanism (70) that corrects a curl of the sheet transported by the transport unit (23), and a stacking unit (for example, banknote collection bag (34)) in which the sheet that has passed through the curl correction mechanism (70) is stacked.

A sheet handling apparatus (for example, banknote handling apparatus 20) includes a storing and feeding unit (25) in which a sheet is stored on a rotary member (for example, drum (25a)) by winding the sheet on the rotary member and the sheet wound on the rotary member can be fed from the rotary member, a transport unit (23) that transports the sheet fed from the storing and feeding unit (25), a curl correction mechanism (70) that corrects a curl of the sheet transported by the transport unit (23), and a stacking unit (for example, banknote collection bag (34)) in which the sheet that has passed through the curl correction mechanism (70) is stacked.

A bag dispenser for use in a retail store is described. The bag dispenser holds and dispenses bags from a roll of plastic bags such as grocery bags, meat bags, or produce bags. The bag dispenser includes a bag holder rod that holds the roll of bags and allows the roll of bags to rotate on the bag holder rod in order to dispense bags. The bag dispenser also includes a bag separator that facilitates separation of a bag from the roll. The bag dispenser also includes a rod coupler that couples the bag dispenser to a rod, such as a rod of a shopping cart, a rod of a shopping cart basket or a rod of a pick-up basket, for example. The bag dispenser quickly and easily dispenses bags so that an employee of the retail store does not waste time and effort obtaining a bag.

An apparatus may include a housing, a power-supply, a user-interface, a wrap-roller, a dispenser. In one embodiment, the apparatus is configured to roll an unwound hand-wrap after a workout. In another embodiment, a vending machine includes the housing, the power-supply, the user-interface, the wrap-roller, and the dispenser. In this embodiment, the housing includes a plurality of items that may aid in a users' workout and may selectively dispensed from the vending machine. The vending and use of the apparatus may be monetized for profit at sports-related establishments.

A printing apparatus includes a first and a second housing parts, a printing part, and a conveying part which includes a holding part that holds a first paper sheet and a second paper sheet in an overlapped state and respectively pulled out from a first paper roll and a second paper roll, and conveys the first paper sheet out of the first paper sheet and the second paper sheet held by the holding part to the printing part. The holding part includes a contacting member contacting the second paper sheet out of the first paper sheet and the second paper sheet in an overlapped state, and an opposing member arranged opposing the contacting member and contacting the first paper sheet. A first frictional force between the contacting member and the second paper sheet is larger than a second frictional force between the opposing member and the first paper sheet.
