A printing apparatus includes a first and a second housing parts, a printing part, and a conveying part which includes a holding part that holds a first paper sheet and a second paper sheet in an overlapped state and respectively pulled out from a first paper roll and a second paper roll, and conveys the first paper sheet out of the first paper sheet and the second paper sheet held by the holding part to the printing part. The holding part includes a contacting member contacting the second paper sheet out of the first paper sheet and the second paper sheet in an overlapped state, and an opposing member arranged opposing the contacting member and contacting the first paper sheet. A first frictional force between the contacting member and the second paper sheet is larger than a second frictional force between the opposing member and the first paper sheet.

Component feeding device, and component mounting device

A component feeding device transports a tape (a component feeding tape) in which electronic components are stored with some transportation device, and exposes the components. Transportation of the component feeding tape may be performed by fitting a sprocket with a feed hole of the component feeding tape. It has been found that sprocket does not necessarily fit with the feed hole of the component feeding tape. It has been found that this phenomenon takes place in a case of driving at least two or more sprockets with a driving device. When the sprocket does not fit with the feed hole, transportation of the tape is not correctly performed, but exerts an undesirable influence such as reduction of mounting efficiency on feeding of the components and subsequent mounting of the components. One feature resides in rendering a backlash of an upstream-side sprocket larger than a backlash of a downstream-side sprocket.

MEDIUM PROCESSING DEVICE AND MEDIUM TRANSACTION DEVICE

An upper-side conveyance guide of a temporary holding section is provided with an upper-side movable guide that capable of moving in coordination with the drum diameter of a drum so as to be interposed between the upper-side conveyance guide and the drum at all times. The upper-side movable guide guides a banknote that is being conveyed gripped only at the center by a banknote conveying portion of a main tape, between the upper-side conveyance guide and the drum. Folding of the banknote is accordingly suppressed by the upper-side movable guide, enabling the banknote to be guided to a gap between the upper-side conveyance guide and a lower-side conveyance guide without catching on a rear face of the upper-side conveyance guide or the like. Accordingly, the banknote can be prevented from contacting portions that should not be contacted and causing conveyance issues as a result.

Glove dispenser

A glove dispenser has a housing having first and second opposed walls. A glove roll is disposed within the housing for carrying a roll of removable gloves. An electro-mechanical feed mechanism rotates the roll. One or more proximity sensors are positioned within the housing to detect a user's hand and activate rotation of the glove roll. Activators are located on the housing first and second wall which activate the roll to rotate to dispense a glove from the roll. A take-up roll can be provided for receiving roll material after the gloves are dispensed.
