Method and arrangement for forming a dental bridge
Certain embodiments of the invention relate to a method of manufacturing a dental bridge. In certain embodiments of the method, a pre-sintered blank made from a green body of ceramic material is subjected to a machining operation that transforms the blank into an intermediate product with a bridge structure and a support body linked to the bridge structure by one or several retaining sections that extend from the support body to the bridge structure. In certain embodiments, a sintering operation is then performed on the intermediate product while the retaining section(s) still link(s) the support body to the bridge structure.
Method for processing prefabricated prosthetic teeth
A method for processing prosthetic teeth for the production of a full denture or at least a partial denture with at least two prosthetic teeth, a device for holding prosthetic teeth for the implementation of the method, and a set for the implementation of the method with the device. The method includes the following steps: inserting at least two prefabricated prosthetic teeth with their coronal sides into recesses of an elastic mold, attaching a clamping device to the elastic mold, and applying mechanical pressure to exert force to affix the prosthetic teeth in the elastic mold, positioning and aligning the prosthetic teeth in a desired position and a desired alignment in relation to each other in the elastic mold, affixing the elastic mold with the clamping device and prosthetic teeth in a defined position in a holder of a CAM device for removing material of the prosthetic teeth with a CAM method, and basally ablating at least one of the prosthetic teeth affixed in the elastic mold with the CAM method.

APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING AN ARTIFICIAL TOOTH THEROF
Disclosed is an artificial tooth machining apparatus which protects a workpiece and first and second tools from heat and frictional contact that may occur when the workpiece is machined and enhancing machining precision by supplying water or air to the tools by a supply unit, a first nozzle portion, and a second nozzle portion, which has a lifespan lengthened by preventing chips of the workpiece or water or air from being introduced to a mechanism operation part of a base part by a discharge unit and a blocking unit, and which prevents a collision between the first tool and the second tool during machining of the workpiece by a tool collision preventing controller.
TOOTH CUTTING GUIDE OR TOOTH RIDGE LAP GUIDE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A tooth cutting guide or tooth ridge lap guide for processing at least one prefabricated artificial tooth from a set of prefabricated artificial teeth using a subtractive processing method, the tooth cutting guide comprising a base body, at least one retainer for receiving and positioning the at least one prefabricated artificial tooth, which is formed in the base body, wherein an inner surface of each of the at least one retainer form fits to a first surface area of one of the at least one prefabricated artificial tooth from the set of prefabricated artificial teeth, and at least one through hole which is located in the at least one retainer, wherein the at least one through hole exposes at least a part of a basal surface or an occlusal surface of the one of the at least one prefabricated artificial tooth if inserted into the corresponding retainer.
Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing at least one tooth cutting guide or tooth ridge lap guide for processing prefabricated artificial teeth and a method for producing a denture using first said method.
DEVICE FOR SCREWING IN DENTAL IMPLANTS
The present invention relates to a device (1) for screwing dental implants (101) which includes: a screw-in tip (2) comprising a machined actuator (20), suitably shaped to drive the attachment screw (100) for attaching the dental implant (101); a handle (3) comprising an end head (30) in which the screw-in tip (2) is mounted and having an actuation control (31) for actuating the rotation of the screw-in tip (2) in an area opposite to said head (30); and a transmission (32) arranged inside said handle (3) connecting the actuation control (31) to the screw-in tip (2).

Systems and Methods for Spray Application of Glaze and Other Materials
Disclosed herein are methods and systems for automatically spraying a glaze solution onto a dental prosthesis. The automated spray glazing system includes: a first spray gun; a controller, and a gripper configured to hold the dental prosthesis and to rotate the dental prosthesis about an axis. The controller is configured to rotate the gripper and spray a glaze solution from the first spray gun using a glazing profile based at least in part on a type of the dental prosthesis. The glazing profile is selected such that a cross-sectional thickness of a resulting-glazed material of the dental prosthesis has an average thickness range between 15 to 63 m and a standard deviation of less than 6 m when measured at locations in an upper half of the dental prosthesis.
