Dental anchoring system for fastening prostheses
A dental anchoring system for fastening prostheses having a male component, a female component which is coupled to the male component, and a connection element which is coupled to the female component and makes up the retaining element of the prosthesis configured to be joined to the connection element. The dental anchoring system is configured to achieve a self-adjustable fastening of the prosthesis which enables the mobility of prosthesis to be controlled when it is subjected to a load during the use thereof by a patient; and wherein the mobility is limited by a ring-shaped stop of the female component, when at least one portion of a ring-shaped plane of the connection element comes into contact with ring-shaped stop of the female component.
Dental Prosthesis
A dental prosthesis having a guide hole formed therein. The guide hole is configured to guide placement of a dental implant, and configured to receive the implant, holding the prosthesis in place when screwed into the bone of a patient. This may allow for the simultaneous placement of both dental implant and dental prosthesis, rather than the current state of the art which requires a long waiting period between implant placement and prosthesis placement.

DENTURE RETAINING BAR AND SYSTEM
A denture retaining system and a denture bar constructed to be affixed in a human mouth, the denture bar including a distal end, lingual-side surface, vestibular-side surface, bone-facing surface and superstructure-facing surface opposite the bone-facing surface. The bone-facing surface at the distal end is relieved from the superstructure-facing surface at the distal end by an angle of between 10 and 25 relative to an axis perpendicular to a longitudinal plane passing through the lingual side and vestibular side surfaces of the denture bar. The system also includes an overdenture superstructure having a distal surface that substantially conformingly mates to the denture bar distal end when the overdenture superstructure is positioned against the denture bar superstructure-facing surface, and is coupled to the denture bar by at least one attachment element located at a position to an anterior side of a first molar position.
Placement device for a dental component
The present invention relates to a placement device for a dental component, a method for handling a dental component with a placement device, a dental component for placement with a placement device and a set comprising a placement device and a dental component. The placement device (1) for a dental component (2) is preferably an implant and comprises a proximal end (11), a distal end (12) and a coupling mechanism (20) for coupling the distal end (12) to the dental component. The coupling mechanism includes at least one movable pin (21) having a longitudinal axis (A1) and being movable along its longitudinal axis (A1) relative to the placement device (1) for engaging the dental component. It also includes at least one engagement part (28) at the distal end of the placement device (1) for engaging the dental component, the engagement part having a longitudinal axis (A2). A secure interlock between the dental component and the placement device is achieved by arranging the longitudinal axis (A2) of the engagement part (28) at an angle () relative to the longitudinal axis (A1) of the movable pin (21).
Positioning Handle and Occlusal Locks for Removable Prosthesis
The present invention discloses occlusal locks and positioning handles as part of an upper and/or lower denture or other prosthetic solution, the locks facilitating alignment construction and delivery of the conversion prosthesis, expediting the clinical procedure, and ensuring accurate alignment that improves the accuracy of rapid tooth replacement procedures.

DEVICE FOR SCREWING IN DENTAL IMPLANTS
The present invention relates to a device (1) for screwing dental implants (101) which includes: a screw-in tip (2) comprising a machined actuator (20), suitably shaped to drive the attachment screw (100) for attaching the dental implant (101); a handle (3) comprising an end head (30) in which the screw-in tip (2) is mounted and having an actuation control (31) for actuating the rotation of the screw-in tip (2) in an area opposite to said head (30); and a transmission (32) arranged inside said handle (3) connecting the actuation control (31) to the screw-in tip (2).

METHOD OF INSTALLING A FINAL DENTAL PROSTHESIS
A cradle, assembly, system, and method for installing a prosthesis at a surgical site. The cradle temporarily engages the prosthesis and holds it in the correct orientation and position adjacent the surgical site. An aperture is defined in the cradle and a portion of the prosthesis is received therein. In one embodiment, the cradle, assembly and system are used to install a final dental prosthesis in a patient=s mouth in a single visit to the dentist=s office. A securement member pins the surgical template and subsequently the cradle to the jaw. A metal sub-structure on the final dental prosthesis is received in the aperture in the cradle. Cylinders attached to implants anchored in the jaw extend through holes in the sub-structure and are bonded to the prosthesis. The cradle is detached from the jaw and from the prosthesis prior to screws being re-inserted through the cylinders and into the implants.
